But having come from Intercom and Front, which are both technologies that include, you know, automation as part of your strategy on how you talk to customers, I believe there's still big opportunity on whether it's customer support teams or BDR and SDR teams, to automate some of the places where we have intelligent, expensive people answering very foundational, fundamental questions.
