Yeah. So this one is basically in the areas of your business where you have metrics that tell you how good people are doing, it's really easy to be vigilant about talent. So in sales, you see one or two people lagging. You know, you need to spend more time with them or at some point, move them out of the business everywhere. And for me, I did sales. I carried a bag the first six years of Zoom Info, so I also knew how sales worked. And I could just see, like, okay, that person's not going to work out. Let's bring somebody else in. In the other areas of the business where I wasn't expert product development, engineering, marketing, I had inklings that the people in those departments weren't working. But I wasn't nearly as vigilant about talent as I was on the sales side. And so.
