The biggest reason is you want to create a culture of winning, and you want to set the tone for that culture of winning. Early players are helping each other. There's a lot of effort that goes into improving. You go into the games thinking that you're going to win. It's just a really positive environment and energy that exists in that locker room. And you compare that to the Detroit Lions, who I apologize for anybody from Detroit. They are the most losing team in the NFL over the course of the last four years.
