Can you share some stories of like hard coaching sessions somewhere where like maybe like you were stuck and how you got out of it? I think it's a great moment to talk about what coaching is and what coaching is not just for a second, because this will answer your question in a roundabout way. So coaching in its purest form, there's a lot of coaching out there, quote unquote coaching. True coaching is you're not telling people what to do, right? You inherently believe that people you're talking to have all the answers they need, and it's just your job to help them clear out the stuff that's blocking them from their answers. So it's not your job to solve the problem. It's your job to coach the person, not the problem. I say all that to say it's a really important distinction to make. And so when I coach, I design with my clients up front.
