There are 2 different types of people in this world I've found. Founder types who are problem solver types, and then there are process people. And there's very— I've found very little overlap between the 2. There are some that are both, but not many. The person who's a process person will take a solution that's already been created and will follow it over and over and over again. A systems person, systems follower. They're key. That's the type of person you want to hire to scale your operation because the solution has already been created. Now it's just got to be repeated over and over and over again. But creating the solutions. We want to create new product. The person you hire to run and scale the existing product is not likely going to be the one who's going to come up with a new product. You have to have a founder type for that, problem solver type for that.
