Can you share some of the ways or tips to running meetings that someone can implement right away? So tip number 1, don't build your agenda in advance. Have a framework for the meeting, yes, but build your, your things to talk about in the meeting based on the real tensions somebody actually feels. Then tip 2, when you get into an agenda item, don't treat it as a topic to discuss or solve. Treat it as a tension owned by one person to resolve. The entire team's job is to help that one person solve their one tension. And when you do, check it off and move on to the next agenda item and help that That person, whoever raised it, solve their one tension, get them what they need, and move on.
