So hello the tribe members. Today I am really excited to share the one of the greatest achievement till that I would. I would like to tell that since last four to five months as I moved to Canada and I am trying very. I was trying very hard to put all my efforts to get a job in my niche field. As I knew that if I would have changed the field it was very difficult to come back on my the original film. I wanted this position in this domain. Anyhow, whatever the company will be, I will get it because I'm not going to be happy with the other job. That's what my motivation was. And luckily I got that in the interview. And the interview went for one and a half months. And the agency owner took my. Company owner took my enter. The two partners were there. They took my interview around 11 hour. And after that the negotiation happened. Yes, the negotiation trick helped a lot. In the interview they asked me that this is the range. Are you okay? I said I'm okay. After that I got selected. I go beyond that range. Don't lower your standard in terms of expectation. Just try to give efforts. And in my case it took five months. In your case it takes around like 15 days. But yeah, you will get it.
That's amazing. What is that one thing Malik that you think worked the most for you inside our program? Was it negotiation or any other thing that you think worked the best for you?
I don't say it's one thing. I say amalgamation of all the things. But like starting from the resume creation that format is particularly defined matching the keywords after that approach in the companies. Because I tried with the LinkedIn okay so many times my major companies were promoting their jobs on LinkedIn. So you don't get directly the food on the plate the way you need to follow. And you never know like because if I would go with the indeed and all those readymade platform then they would not have get the opportunity. But if all the. All the efforts in the. All the place like it has been said that you have to be available at all the place one right time. That. That. That is a major factor. And yes salary negotiation in the last moment I. I should say in terms of Indian rupees I got around 6 lakhs more compared to the previously I was offered.
