Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that you can't change your reality without changing your identity first. You need to align your frequency, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system to access a new timeline.
As Dr. Joe Dispenza would always say, you need to change your personality in order to change your personal reality. Your personal reality will never shift, will never change unless the identity that matches that experience, matches that frequency, matches that timeline, matches that perception, matches the right belief systems, matches the emotional intelligence, matches the nervous system that is open and has space to receive, to experience that new timeline. And that is the work.
