No, you're not reacting to the war, you're reacting to your mind, and most people don't even realize it. Hear me out. After plus, what, over a month being in a region of war, I saw what really uncertainty does. You see, uncertainty isn't the problem, it's people's relationship with it. And I've honestly been working closely with a lot of my community over this period, and the pattern keeps showing up. The mind fills the gap— fear, worst-case scenarios, and overthinking. And obviously, naturally, the body goes into survival. And from that state, you don't think, you react, and you are non-resourceful. But here's the shift, guys. Uncertainty isn't here to break you. In fact, it's here to reveal who and where you are at. What do I mean by that? It reveals your conditioning. It reveals your patterns. It reveals the relationship you have with the unknown. Self-trust in yourself and in the unknown. And this is really important, and it's not judgment, it's an invite to remember to stop trying to control your outside world because we're moving into a world of even more uncertainty, but rather focus on starting to master what's happening inside. Slow down, breathe, be conscious about what you are consuming, create space before you react. and rather move into a coherent state. Because in my opinion, guys, real power is not trying to control the world outside of us or trying to predict it, but rather controlling your inner state within it all. Much love and positive energy.
