Sam Dagash explains how your internal dialogue shapes your unconscious mind, emotions, and life outcomes. Your subconscious takes every self-statement personally and operates 95% of the time. Our intention is always clear, and it's to share information for transformation. Thank you for being here. I'm your host, Sam Dagash, aka the Mind Alchemist. And today, I want to go straight into it and talk to you guys about the power of language and how language can literally change your life by simply changing the way you speak to yourself. This is super important. For those of you who don't know, I am a master practitioner in the field of neuro-linguistic programming. So I've did my different levels, which has got me to do a practitioner level as well as a master practitioner level in neuro-linguistic programming. For those of you who don't understand about or don't know much about neuro-linguistic programming, in a nutshell, it's the language of working with our nervous system and our neurology, understanding that certain words and certain ways of positioning it can actually change how we feel and change our internal meaning-making process. This is super important, guys. So those of you who are watching or listening. I want to remind you that the language you speak to yourself determines how happy, how far you go in life, and more importantly, the change that you want to achieve is subjective to the language you use, the language you speak to yourself, and the language you speak to others. The power of language is super powerful, super important. And a lot of the times we forget that we speak a certain way to others or to ourselves, But we don't realize that the unconscious mind, which is the greater mind of who you are, which represents 95% of who you are, it's your— the way of being, your identity, your personality, it's that operating system, takes everything personal. It literally takes everything personal when you speak to yourself or when you speak to the world. More importantly, when you speak to yourself. So, this is a little moment and reminder as you're watching or listening to this. Ask yourself, how do I speak to myself? Do I speak to myself in a loving and caring and respectful way? Or do I speak to myself in a way that is putting myself down? This is super important. And how do we differentiate between both is the language we use, the linguistics, the words we use. Words carry meaning. I'm sure you guys have heard of this, but this is more deeper than you think. Because words carry meaning, but they also make you feel a certain way. So if you're speaking to yourself in a loving and caring way, you will feel different in your body. You will literally feel different in your body. But if you speak to yourself and you do it so well, so unconscious that you're always quickly to judge yourself, quickly to put yourself down, or quickly to, you know, find any way where you're ready to give yourself a lecture or, you know, why you're doing not enough or this or that, whatever that is, whatever that language is, remember that's That's conditioning. Sometimes it's the voices of our parents. Sometimes it's the voices of our family or society where we have started to get used to speaking ourselves to ourselves in a certain way. And this is super important to serve as a reminder that maybe you growing up in your life, you had people that disrespected you and didn't speak to you in a very loving or caring way. It doesn't mean that you have to speak to yourself that way. It actually means that you have to Do the opposite. You have to give yourself self-respect, self-love, and speak in a very loving and caring way, like you would speak to someone outside in this world, that you want to earn their respect, you want to earn their love. So the important thing is the same way of how you do that with the world outside of you. Some of you guys who are working and have a full-time job, how would you speak to your boss? You don't speak in a rude— unhealthy way. You'd speak in a respectful way. So it's exactly the same way you need to see yourself. You are the boss of your life. You are the, the man or the woman that needs to treat yourself in the most loving and most caring way. So remember, it's all about the relationship you have with yourself, and the relationship you have with yourself starts by how you speak to yourself. What language do you use? What, what tone do you have? What words do you use? Remember, words again, I repeat myself. Words carry meaning. Words carry meaning, and if they carry a meaning internally, they make you feel a certain way. And if we're going to start feeling in a way that doesn't serve us, if we're going to start feeling in a way that brings us down, then that's going to reflect on our outside world. Then we're going to behave a certain way. Then we're going to act a certain way. We're going to react to the world. So starting with the most important relationship you will ever have. Have is with you. And this is what I'm here to remind you. How do I get a better relationship with myself? Start by speaking well in a loving and caring way. And if you're doing that already, do it even more. But you're not doing it in a way to fool yourself. You do it in a way to start to create a self-image that is so respectful, so loving, so caring to yourself. And that will start to reflect outwardly in your life. You'll start to see that Showcasing and benefiting yourself and others in your life. Remember, the way we see ourselves is how we think the world sees us. I'll repeat that one more time. The way we see ourselves is how we think the world sees us. So changing how you see yourself starts by changing how you speak to yourself. And I would encourage you now to be honest with yourself, to ask yourself the questions. How do I— what's my relationship with myself? Do I have a negative or a loving relationship with myself? Do I have an aggressive, pushing myself in a very aggressive way because it's mom's voice or it's dad's voice or it's, you know, school or society or religion or whatever conditioning you've been through? It doesn't have to be that way. It doesn't mean that if you're hard on yourself, you're going to become a better person or you're going to be— achieve more. No. In fact, if you have a better relationship with yourself, you will want to have the best, and you will want to do the best for yourself in your life. You will want to succeed because you want the best for, for, for, for, for yourself. And you know how it is, if you love someone in this world, or if you love something or someone in more particular, do not— don't you want the best for them? Don't you want to treat them with love and care and, and want them to— and you want the best for them? So how do you make them— how do you show them that you want the best for them? It's the way you treat them, right? It's the way you honor them. It's the way you love them. That's their— that's— they start to go, oh, this person cares for me, and because they care for me, I'm gonna actually show up, do my best for them. And that's exactly the same way we see ourselves, because the unconscious mind takes everything personal. It's like a little baby. The way you speak to it, it's gonna take that personal. It literally takes it personal. And here, guys, I'm here simply to remind you of this truth. And this is not something that we're that we can argue. It's literally how it works. It's literally how our neurology works. It's literally how our unconscious mind works. Some of you call it the subconscious mind, unconscious mind. That's how it works. So we need to start to understand the fundamentals, the truth, the understanding, the depth of how do I Build a better relationship with myself? How do I build confidence, build self-worth, feel that I'm good enough? It starts with how you speak to yourself. And be honest with yourself and don't judge it. Even now, if you're hearing this or watching this, you guys, and you find, you know, you admit that, you know what, sometimes I'm really hard on myself. That's okay. That's okay. Don't judge yourself. It's okay. Because remember, it's not something that you're doing it by choice. It's by conditioning. It's how you think that you will get the best way out of yourself. But that's not the reality. That's not the truth. The truth is you will get so much more out of you, and you will go so much more further in the way in your life if you have a better relationship with yourself. And you know why? It's because when you have a better relationship with yourself, you have more self-love, more self-respect. You start to believe in yourself more. And you start to have more confidence, and before you know it, you start to take different actions. You start to hold yourself different. You start to have different behaviors in your life, and that is a game changer. And what I'm sharing with you guys here, as I always promise with my always with my intention, is to share information for transformation. If you apply what I'm sharing with you now. Seriously, seriously speaking, if you literally apply what I'm saying to you and you start to change that relationship slowly with yourself and you're starting to see, oh, I feel different about myself, I feel like I can, you know, start to have a better relationship with myself, I give myself credit when credit is due, you know, I'm not always looking for the next thing and not taking a moment to appreciate how far I've come and what I've achieved today or the month or the year or whatever. So the most, and I'll repeat this one more time, the most important relationship you will ever have in your entire life, pay attention to this, is yourself. So if you know that to be true, and I've just broken that down why it's true and why it's important, then you should start to take this extremely seriously. And start to take action. And if you catch yourself being hard on yourself, stop what you're doing, pause for a moment, and go to the opposite. What would I like to speak to someone that I love and care for? How would I speak to them if they were— if I wanted to get someone on my side and to buy into my story or to buy into the mission? that I want to achieve, what— how would I, how would I speak to them? How would I talk to them? How would I convince them? Wouldn't you do it in a loving, caring, nice way? Or would you be hard on them? And you know how it is when you're hard with someone and you are forcing it down and you're judging them and you're pushing them. You, you actually push them away from you. You create resistance in your life that rather than bringing, bringing those outcomes closer to you. Right? So that's my message to you guys today. My message to you guys that are watching this, that are listening to this, is remember, remember, remember, remember the words you use to— that you speak to yourself. Start to pay more attention to how you speak to yourself and start to pay more attention to how the words you use, how does it make you feel in your body Because that's a whole different realm, the feeling, the emotions that we feel. And then start to see what that does for you. Start to see the little shifts that start to happen, and you will never regret this piece of information that I'm sharing with you guys. If there was someone in my lifetime that could have shared this information with me when I was growing up, or 10, 20 years ago, it would have fast-tracked so much in my life. But I had to go through it. I had to learn it. I had to study it. I had to put in hours and hours and hours hours of working on myself and then working to help others. This is what I do on a day-to-day basis, always helping others break free from those patterns, break free from those negative self-perceptions, and then I just see them flying. I just see them becoming happier, more fulfilled human beings that have more purpose, have more drive, have more focus, have more determination, but they're on the same side with themselves. They're not playing against each other. And that's, that's the game changer. So guys, one more time, remember my message to you here. The most important relationship you'll ever have is with yourself. Thank you guys. Thank you for taking the time to listen to this, to watch this. Much love and positive energy. Cheers. Cheers.
