I always, you know, use these examples as elite athletes use visualization not just for skills, but to condition the self-belief as well, that they can actually achieve that moment in time, that they can, that they, they can see themselves scoring or, or, or, or winning, whatever that is. But by our mental rehearsal, the brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and not, and the body starts to feel it. The chemicals, reaction in the body, the, the, the biochemicals, it— that all starts to feed. And the energy, it starts to feed that that has already happened. And how powerful is that when you believe and you feel that future experience already now? That's reconditioning self-worth, which basically opening the brain to receive, you know, that's super, super important.
