Unlocking Unshakable Confidence: A Deep Dive with Adil Hussain | New Mind Podcast

Adil Hussain, founder of the Man Cave Project, and Sam Daghash discuss how unshakable confidence drives happiness, health, and success. They argue that books and podcasts don't work without action and accountability, and outline frameworks like the 5 Whys and habit-stacking. They're launching a workshop called Unshakeable that combines hypnotherapy, mindset work, and live accountability groups.

What is this one thing in life that if you have it, if you have more of it, it is guaranteed to generate more happiness and more success?
Where a man finally wakes up one day and realizes, whatever I've been doing for my life—
Every single thing we see outside of us is a reflection of our inner filters of our reality.
Your mission is just to step foot in the gym. You don't have to do anything. You just need to stand in there, go through the door. You can stay there for 2 minutes and walk out. I don't care.
Small wins. I love that. Grand rising and welcome. I'm your host, Sam Daghash, aka the Mind Alchemist. And as always, we're bringing powerful guests here to share information for transformation. But today is not just a guest, it's someone that's really near and dear to me, a friend, a brother, and someone that I've personally witnessed his journey. And I must say, super proud to call him a brother. Adil, welcome to the show. It's so good to have you here, my man.
Thanks, man. It's been a long time coming. And it's— I know this is going to be one of those easy breezy flowing conversations. It won't even feel like we're sitting sitting here with cameras around us or anything.
I know, I know, brother. I just love when these synchronicities happen because I remember deep down inside we've had moments where we're like, dude, I know something's going to happen and we're going to do something together. And today is going to be the announcement. So guys, I want you to guys stay tuned till the end because we're going to be dropping some really powerful information. But not only that, we're announcing a very powerful collaboration that we're doing, never done before in this region and particularly in Dubai. So stay tuned till the end. And I'm going to start this conversation with you, Adil, and our beautiful listeners and viewers with this one question. And this question is like, what is this one thing in life that if you have it, if you have more of it, it is guaranteed to generate more happiness, more health, more wealth, and more success? And this is something I know it sounds like a riddle, but it is true. There is one thing when you zoom out in life that I feel makes the impact. And I'm gonna hand over to you when you think about that, especially you, the founder of the Man Cave Project, someone that is creating a powerful movement in Dubai and working with men and group of men all the time. I'm sure you can notice from all the conversations, from all the experiences you've had, from all the coaching you do, there's this one thing that you always notice almost propels someone forward. And, you know, what would you say to that?
100%. And even thinking about my own journey, how I grew up and what I was going through, that one thing, and we know what it is, it's confidence.
Unshakable confidence.
Unshakable confidence. Exactly. That's what all this is about.
Yeah.
How to become unshakable. Self-esteem, obviously very closely related to that. And I think that when a man doesn't have that self-esteem, he hasn't got that confidence, it ruins every single part of his life.
Yeah.
So it brings him down to nothing where he feels like he can't excel in anything that he does. And then you've got the whole inner critic, negative mindset, and it just becomes this free-flowing thing. And that's why I'm glad that we're sitting here today Um, because it's such an important topic and it will literally shift a man's world.
I agree.
So let's get into it. So I want to talk to you first.
Sure.
Now, arrogance. You can look at a man and think, oh, this man looks so confident. What is it about him? How do you describe the difference between a man's inner world and his outer world? How he can look so confident on the outside, but it's not clearly being reflected on the inside.
Yeah, you know, it's so true. I've had clients that I've worked with over the years that would show up and, you know, I meet them for the first time and the way they hold themselves, the body language, everything seems right, Adil, but it's all a facade. It's all an act. And once I get into the deep work, the inner work, I found out that that person is really forcing it. It's not really authentic. And I think the key to confidence here, and I'm sure you'd probably agree to that, is what if we really want to break that down, that unshakable confidence, For me, it's just in a nutshell believing in yourself, but also being comfortable with who you are. Because, and sometimes, you know, let me walk the walk, talk the talk, but deep inside, if I'm like you said, criticizing myself— did I show up well? Did I say the right thing? Did I do things— there's an internal dialogue that is very much draining the energy, keeping people out of balance. And my role in this work in general is to keep that inner world at ease, keep that inner world in a place where they're comfortable with their skin, and that emits that naturally. And I'm sure, Adil, you'd echo this, where you meet guys where you can sense they're trying to do the work or they're pushing, but they're not really at ease. They're not— their nervous system isn't calm. And that's the difference where I've noticed where a person is showing up authentically versus a person that is forcing it. And that's where sometimes, in all honesty, arrogance kicks in because you're forcing it. You're trying to push, you're trying to prove something to the world, but inside you're trying to prove something to yourself. Does that make sense?
100%. And I can definitely see that. I saw it in myself, to be honest. I would overcompensate because I felt insecure. I would overcompensate with this like bravado, trying to behave a certain way. And I think now I look back, people probably could have seen it a mile away, you know. But you mentioned nervous system. What do you mean by maybe unsettled or his nervous system is not kind of maybe in alignment with the way that he wants to be? What does that mean?
Well, it's a good question you're asking. We need to understand that our thoughts have a frequency. Every thought we think has a reaction in terms of our emotional state, and we talk about the internal thoughts because yes, there's one thing you're seeing, but internally speaking, if I'm having negative thoughts, It affects how I feel, affects how the body feels. And that's our neurology. That's how our neurology is built. So when a person is thinking actual real thoughts of what he's expressing on the outside versus what's in the inside, which they're in coherence, their nervous system is more calm. The way they show up is more calm. You sense it when you're standing with them. There's more a sense of, man, this guy's more grounded. He's himself. And that's magic, is when you're comfortable with yourself. That essence of just being comfortable with yourself and who you are without trying to compensate. Like, we've all done that in the past, where you just, you just use yourself. And that actually is what I talk about, the nervous system, the way you feel more relaxed in your body, in your skin. But it actually is something that happens internally as well.
I've definitely felt it. You know, I remember once someone told me, why are you so tense? And I didn't really understand what they were saying until I just took a moment and I did feel like I was tense. Literally, my body felt tense. I didn't feel relaxed. And I think only, especially being in this part of the world and, you know, the journey that I've been on these last 5 years, only this year I felt my body relax and rest.
Okay.
Despite having this inner confidence that is there, I think I felt so much pressure over the last few years that I haven't really been able to just rest in myself. You know, that's when I notice when I'm— my nervous system is calming down. No matter how much meditation I do, whatever it might be, there was just a part of me that was not relaxed.
I've noticed that about you, brother, with all honesty. I've— because I've known you for years, and obviously we've been in the same community and we see each other, and I've noticed a massive shift in you, in how you show up. And this is why I say that with— when I mean it, when I say that, brother, I'm proud of you and I appreciate you, because I know what you've been through. And I know what it takes to show up because, you know, I'm not talking about myself, but we all have to do the work, right? We have to do the inner work, the outer work, and be comfortable with ourselves. And that's something where I've noticed. But let me ask you something, because I know you work with men in particular and also with the Man Cave. There's always a group of beautiful men that's showing up for themselves. And I've joined one of your, you know, your— not workshops, the gatherings you have with the men. And I think it's phenomenal. I really, really believe that it's medicine, especially in our modern-day age and society where more men need to connect with men without the mask.
Yeah.
And that's what I appreciated in that session where people were just there to speak their truth. But what happens to a man's life, relationships, and career? What do you think about that when they keep playing small? Because if you're not showing up fully, that means in my model of the world is you're dimming your lights, you're holding yourself back. In one aspect or another. But what does that mean in your perspective?
So I think for the first part, like, he'll always feel like part of him is missing. Part of him is just not fulfilled. And I see it play out in this thing called the midlife crisis, just as an example, where a man finally wakes up one day and realizes, whatever I've been doing for my life. And that's when they start doing maybe some stupid things, like the cliché of buying a sports car or getting divorced, all kinds of things just to reclaim their life. So when I look at a man that's not living in that kind of alignment and not doing what he needs to do, he's unfulfilled and he feels like he's not good enough.
Mm-hmm.
You know, he's not doing what he needs to do. He knows that there's something that he wants from his life, but he's not— he's too afraid. He's afraid to take that step forward. He's not doing the things that he knows will help him, so he's just living in his own shadow, you know. And like we talked about earlier, that inner critic is going round and round in his head. It's affecting his marriage. He's not showing up or in his relationships, or he's going around in perpetual cycles of just continuous dating, thinking it's this other person the problem, not taking any responsibility or accountability. He's probably doing very, like, I don't know, badly with finances. He's not able to kind of hold on to money, um, probably giving into vices that aren't helping either, just so that he can either numb what he's feeling.
Mm-hmm.
or escaping, or just to feel something even in those small moments. I mean, I was living a life for many years where I was living for the weekend, you know, going out and getting drunk and all these things just so I could experience it because I wasn't enjoying my week. Imagine 5 days of my week I was working for an organization I didn't want to work for just so I could go out the weekend and burn all of my money. That was a man unfulfilled.
Yeah, so true. And that's a man not pursuing what he believes to be true for him in his purpose and And being believing in himself, etc. And I can resonate with what you're saying, Ado, big time. I mean, you know my background, especially in Dubai, six years. You know, I ticked all the boxes of what perceived what what what what society has made me think that that is representing success from titles to you know getting a sports car and whatever whatever that I thought was going to make me happy until I was also living just for the weekend, working a whole year for like three weeks, and then I realized. that is not my— that is, I was always shutting down that part of me that knew that that wasn't my journey, that wasn't my mission. And I needed that confidence. I needed that self-belief to jump into the unknown and create a life that I've been just telling you today, coming here to this part of the world. I had these emotional backbacks because I used to come to this— because a lot of agencies where we're at here shooting this podcast today, and I remember having meetings And today, I was driving here and I was like in such gratitude in my heart because like I'm actually meeting a great brother friend. I'm doing something I love for 7 years now and created a life of freedom for myself and for my family. And it couldn't have manifested without the self-belief and confidence in myself and doing the work, building myself up by showing up even when it was hard. But I needed that confidence. And this is where I feel, you know, I want to drop the bomb here already, but this is why I feel us coming together today and announcing what we're going to announce, which is super powerful, is this missing gap that I find in this space where, you know, people will do the inner work with me but are not potentially taking action, or they might be taking action with you but are having these relapse and going back to those old habits and behaviors. And, you know, I might as well say this now, we have come together to create something or co-create something so powerful, so unique. We're calling this Unshakeable, and it's bringing Adil's expertise, the actual actions that we're going to talk about, as well as the inner work, which is the deep recoding, which we can also dive into.
Yeah.
That is combining of force and creating a master workshop where it is really designed for transformation and designed to create something so powerful. So I want to, I want to just jump in that if that's okay with you, Adil, and ask you something about, you know, a common thing like more, most people out there go, well, I'm going to read the books, I'm going to read the information, I'm gonna do the podcast, but it's not making them achieve the confidence they want. So why, why is that? Why more information, books or podcasts won't make you confident?
I feel like you can't think your way to confidence. We live in a world now where podcasts clearly are very popular, very common, and it can give us the illusion that we're learning. It can give us the illusion that we're benefiting and that we're progressing the same way you play video games and you think you're leveling up in life. You're not. And a lot of people can invest so much into these things and reading all these books. I read 52 books this year. Great. What did you apply? You know, what did you actually do with that? I say read one book for the year, highlight it, go back to it, go through it and apply it as much as you can. And that's the missing step. We're not taking any action. Mental masturbation, all you're doing is exercising the mind, but you're not actually taking any step forwards to activating the things. And the only way you can become better at anything is by doing it. And this is the bit that I love to work on. Like my wife, very much like you, she goes, does the inner work.
Yeah.
She works on more people. And I think that's why even me and her, me and you, it's such a powerful combination because let's go in and let's take it out. You do these things together. That's the magic sauce. It is, you know. So the bit that's missing is people aren't taking enough action. They're reading all these books, listening to all these, these celebrities, these motivational speakers. And that's the other thing about it, is that this is— we're not here to motivate. Yes, you're not motivating, I'm not motivating. We might talk in a motivational manner, and we do have that, we have that power, man. We've got that lion's fucking roar.
100%.
Which might work for 30 minutes, it might work for a day, but the thing that makes all of this more powerful are the systems that you rewire in their mind and the systems that we put into a man's life so that he can action every single day.
100%.
Systems are the way forward. You know, we have to outwork motivation by developing systems and plans and know your weaknesses, all these things. When we go into our master workshop, we're going to be going into the mind. You're going to be rewiring all kinds of magic and, you know, speaking whispers in their ear and making some, some, you know, some Awaken the the real version of them and and remove some of these limiting beliefs. And we're going to go into that in a minute. But then I'm going to go into the working with these guys on okay what next? What are the patterns that are holding you back? What are the things that you need to do? What do what do you even want? We don't most men don't know what they want. Talked about it before, like what's holding them back. A lot of guys don't even know what it is that they want in the first place. They don't even take the time to sit, to relax, to to be in meditation to think. Why am I unfulfilled? What is it I really want? What is this feeling that I'm trying to mask by drinking at the weekend or going and having one-night stands here all over the place? What is really, what's happening? That's kind of my perspective on that. What do you think is missing? What do you think is that element that, and let's stick with the topic 'cause I wanna hear your thoughts as well on books and podcasts and all this thing. What do you think is, the problem with that?
I think there's always going to be a mental block no matter how much you read and how much you do because remember, you have to know— this is why I love my line of work because you need to learn how to recondition the mind. So, you need to learn how to get to the bottom of that greater part of you which we call the subconscious mind. In my model, what we call is the unconscious mind actually. So, you can take as much data and information in but if you aren't able to speak the language of the that part of you to actually embed that data and let go of the blocks that are in the way. Because you can read, like I always say, like, you know, and some people disagree with me, but this is the reality. Affirmations mean nothing if you don't sync with it, if you don't believe it, if you don't feel it. So the feeling in the body, that nervous system, going back to what I was saying, Adil, that is where you have to synchronize with it. You have to believe that it's true to you. You have to believe you're good enough. You have to believe in yourself, and you have to have compassion, and you have to not be afraid to face that shadows. Because I've got news, guys, everyone— no one's perfect. Everyone has some form of insecurity. Everyone's got something that is not in alignment with their true self because of their conditioning, because of their parents, because of how their parents showed up, because of their school, because of being bullied. I was bullied. I think we spoke about this before. You were bullied. We, we faced certain things in our life that made us think and feel a certain way. And until you face and you go back to that inner child of yours, you go back to your inner being to go, hey man, it's okay, and this is how I can speak to you. That's the inner work and change that. And then show them the map, which is where I, I love, you know, your powerful element coming in. Because there's one thing to teach a person how to walk, but there's another to teach them how to run.
Yeah.
And, and I think that's, that is the power where you come in and say, well, now let's put that into action. And, and, and that's the dilemma of inner and outer world. Don't get me wrong, I still think it is important to listen to good podcasts because you're still taking that data in. It's good to read books, but if you're not going and doing something about it internally and you're not taking action and you have an action plan, then you just stay where you are. And that's the reality of it. I don't know if that answers the question, brother.
100%. 100%. So what kind of shifts have you noticed when you do the work with these guys? What kind of things have you seen?
I mean, to be honest with you, the first thing I always get feedback when I'm doing inner work, especially subconscious reprogramming, is they immediately look different. The way they hold themselves energetically, speaking, and the way they feel inside their body, they just feel more relaxed.
Yes.
They just feel more themselves. They just feel less fearful, less fearful about what other people think, less fearful about the expectations, or the less of the chase for validation to pursue whatever they want to pursue in life, Adil. And that, for me, in my opinion, is what I call a breakthrough, because you're no longer playing the game for your outer world. Now, you're playing the game for your inner world and what makes you feel good, what is in alignment for you, for your truth, and how you want to show up. And then, going back to the actions that you— when you coach the men, which I think is phenomenal, in my opinion, that's how you build more confidence because now, not only you feel good in your body, but now the evidence is playing out.
Yeah.
So, you see yourself showing up to gym, you see yourself showing up in a conversation and being honest and authentic. And that, for me, the more you get to see that, which is more the outside world, your inner world is matching your outer world, and it just becomes a natural, a natural growth.
And the thing I love talking about lately is coming up quite a lot is this thing called self-esteem, esteem of the self, how you regard yourself, how you see yourself. And often, especially with the men that I work with, they don't see themselves in high regard. They're playing games, they're lying to themselves, and that's why they keep going in these kind of vicious cycles. That's why they keep relapsing, all these things. Because they're breaking promises to themselves. And that's the bit that I like to work on, is to keep those promises. And the work that you do is that let's talk to the boy inside. Why isn't he keeping those promises? And let's change that pattern.
100%.
Self-esteem is developed when you do the things you say you're going to do. And that's just from— that's my perspective. The thing that we need to be working with these guys on is, right, okay, just keep it small. And sometimes we get so confused because we think, okay, I can't do those things. Because it's too big. We set goals that are too huge, but I like to break it down into smaller chunks as possible. Make it small. I told one of my clients the other day, your mission is just to step foot in the gym. You don't have to do anything. You just need to stand in there, go through the door, whatever you do. You can stay there for 2 minutes and walk out. I don't care. Get to the gym. That's it.
Small wins.
Small wins.
I love that.
You know, you said you're gonna go. You told me you're gonna go. That's it. And now they're taking photos and they send me a picture that they're in the gym. So it's the extra level of accountability. So there is a way, there is a pattern, there is a formula to these things in the day-to-day.
There's a system, like you said.
I agree. Systems. What do you actually do though? Like, what, I mean, if the people that are listening do the inner work, what is it? What's the mechanism?
I love that. I love that. So by nature, just for guys that don't know, most of them do, I'm a practitioner. So there's a difference. What a practitioner is, is a person that is licensed or certified to work with specific modalities and tools that speak the language of the mind. Okay, so you have in the— in, in our world, you have something like called neuro-linguistic programming, quantum therapy, you got time paradigm techniques, you got, um, uh, hypnosis. And these are some of the tools that I'm gonna bring forth in this master workshop.
Nice.
You know, and I'm gonna first of all actually do actual programming and experience where people are going to feel the shift, a breakthrough. They're going to feel it in their nervous system, they're going to go, damn, I look in the mirror, I see a different person. And that's how powerful it is because that's perception, right? Every single thing we see outside of us is a reflection of our inner filters of our reality. So what my role is, Adil, when we talk about inner work is I'm going in, in a very simple form to make everyone understand this, is I'm changing the filters of how you perceive data, how you perceive your reality. So at one stage, you look at the mirror, And if we rewind the movie of your memory, Adil, when you shared a picture the other day on your social where you saw yourself, and I look back with compassion, by the way, to those pictures as well. Like, I love that dude, you know, I love that dude. Even when I saw that picture and you go, okay, so that person at that old version, it's not like this was like a different version of you, literally looking in the mirror, he would be low self-esteem. I was there once as well. He would think he's not worthy. He would think he's a loser. He would think he's not good enough. But what's happening there, the reason that feedback loop is happening is because what he's perceiving in the mirror is based on the data that's been conditioned in his nervous system and how he thinks and how he feels about himself. My role, and when I do inner work, is I go and I change that filters, that data. So he all of a sudden, he looks and he sees a lion in the mirror, and he sees someone that is able and believes he can show up. Because as, as Henry Ford once says, uh, it doesn't matter whether a man believes he can or believes he can't, he's right. So it starts with belief. It starts with, do I believe that I can follow the system with Adil? If Adil gives me a system, but inside of me, I'm like, I'm never gonna do this, I'm not gonna be able to do it, it makes the journey harder.
Yeah.
But if you have a belief that, no, I've done the inner work, man, I believe I can, I believe I'm good enough, I believe I'm worthy, I'm not afraid, and then Adil hands over a system, you're like, man, I'm all in, I'm hungry, I feel more ready than I ever felt before. And that That is what I call the beautiful formula because it's not doing just one or the other. It's really combining both, if that makes sense, Adil.
And then it gives them a chance to see enough momentum and progress.
Yes.
Because most of, most of us, and myself included, you expect something to go in a particular way. So usually it's like literally this. Okay. What happens is whenever we do something new, it's nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, then bam.
Yeah.
And the gap between the two is called the valley of despair. And this valley of despair is a bit that we just need to get through. And that's when you just have to do it anyway.
Yeah.
Just keep going. Do it. Same thing with like anyone that's launching a podcast or anything like this. I was even watching something recently with Chris Williamson and he said for years it was like barely moving. And then literally, I think it was like within one month, it went from like 1,000 subscribers To like 100,000 and then it just continued going. I don't know what happened, but consistency is key.
Of course.
You know, one of my favorite phrases is literally that consistency is key. Allow yourself to see the progress that you've been doing it maybe a certain way for so long, which maybe might be doing nothing for so long that hasn't been working for you. So you might as well, you might as well try something different that you know is better for you and just give it the time. Otherwise, what you'd be starting again on New Year's Eve. talking about the same thing that you talked about last year, but you didn't develop a system. And that's why I believe New Year's resolutions fail, by the way, is because how can you expect something to change overnight? Literally 11:59 to midnight, suddenly you're gonna be a whole new person. Nothing changes, but your belief did for a second. So there is a chance for you, you know, when you want it bad enough, something will happen, but you just need to pair it with the right internal shift.
Mm-hmm.
And the external system. I love that.
So let's take a look. I'm curious to ask you, so for the guys that are going to be joining the master workshop, when we talk about the system, I want to just like deep dive just a little bit, just give some insights to the guys that are listening. What does that look like as a system? Like, how is it different from, you know, hype or motivation? Because that's what people think most of the time. How is that more slightly different? So what would you say to that, Adil?
So like I said, Motivation alone isn't gonna get you anywhere. It's, it comes and goes. I don't wanna rely on motivation. First of all, I like men to look at what it is that they want. Why? What do you want? Why do you want it? But that why has gotta be strong. It can't just be, I wanna be rich. I wanna have a Lamborghini because it makes me feel good. Not good enough.
Mm-hmm.
I want the men, and the men that attend this workshop, but this master workshop are gonna be men that are serious. It's for everyone, but not everyone will come. And we only want men in the room that are serious about making some shifts and transformation, want to change their lives, and we can do it. Know your why. Like, really, I love doing exercise called the 5 Whys. What's your why? And let's go 5 whys deeper, and you'll get to the real reason.
Yeah.
Once you've got that, then you've got to look at, in my opinion, your weaknesses. What's to do? A little SWOT analysis. I love doing a SWOT analysis on—
It's gold.
On yourself. Yeah. Your strengths, your weaknesses, your opportunities, your threats about yourself. And then if you want to go even deeper, do a SWOT about yourself in relation to those different areas of your life. A SWOT about you in relation to fitness, a SWOT about you in relation to your career. That's even more magic.
Mm-hmm.
From there, you can look at the gap analysis. You can see, right, well, this is where I want to be. This is where I am. There's a gap here. What am I gonna do about it? And that's when you break it down into beautiful little, little steps, baby steps along the way. And by knowing your weaknesses, so for example, you know your obstacles, you can start to deal with them. You can say, right, well, I know that, you know, I'm prone to Ben and Jerry's in the afternoon. Okay, but make sure there's nothing in the house. There's things that you can do. They're actually like all practical stuff. And then important, most importantly, you build an accountability system, which means you tell everyone. You've gotta make sure there's gonna be a higher level of investment where you might get embarrassed. Maybe there's a financial thing or there's something that you don't, you know, you wanna make sure that you achieve at a certain point. That's why people sign up to marathons and do all these things.
Mm-hmm.
'Cause they think, well, now I have to do it. do it, and they pair it extra on top by saying, I'm raising money for this charity. So now you really have to do it. So you can make it painful, you can make it exciting and have something to drive for. But if you can make it a little bit— if there's a little bit of pain involved, and that's why we charge what we charge for certain things, because it can't be something where anyone can just pay like as if they bought some underwear. Has to be enough of a pain point so that you think, you know what, serious, I've invested. And that's a, I think, a missing piece people don't understand. You know, you pay, you pay attention.
100%. And I think that's gold, what you just said. I know this is— I know for a fact that, because obviously I've been doing this for years, that everyone in one area of their life can always progress and do better in terms of confidence and showing up for themselves. You know, you might be confident in your work, but you're not confident in showing up in the relationships you have, or you're not really confident about your relationship with money and how you manage your finances. Any area of your life requires full confidence and conviction in what you're doing, how you're showing up, right? But where I find it interesting, and this is why I'm excited about this master workshop— again, guys, never done before, for the record. No one's doing what we're about to create, co-create, me and Adil. We are creating, and I'm going to be giving tools that teaches them how to prime themselves, Adil, when we're not around, where when an excuse shows up or when something shows up, they will have certain things to rely on that shows and trains the brain of what the future outcomes they need to manifest, they want to see. Because the way the brain works is that if you don't show a future outcome of what that looks like, you will continue living from the past. So, the tools are also tools that are neurologically shifting the mind map. So, I'm mapping them out. So here's the system, guys, but here's how it actually looks and feels as well. So now the brain, which is the subconscious, the greater mind, which is that body, goes, oh, oh, I know what it feels like, and I know what we're striving for. I got you. Anything that distracts me and comes into my life as a distraction or noise, sorry, I'm not having it because I'm working on the system, but I'm also very much already had a taste of what that future looks like here and now. And that changes everything, Adil. That changes everything, brother.
And you did this for us. It was a couple of months ago. You led this and you did just on your own this time. And you had some incredible breakthroughs in the room. I'm talking about this workshop that you did before.
Yeah, the Fear to Freedom. I mean, we had a group of men who showed up that were dealing with anxieties in their lives. And I did a therapy, actually. It is in one of the modalities that I work with where I gave them a practical tool and an audio, which we'll be doing as well for this workshop. So they walk away with tools. I want people to not go, that was nice. They're going to have systems, tools, audios, things to take back that they can practice day to day. But in that beautiful workshop, man, I was— oh man, my heart was so open because I just like saw myself in these guys that showing up and have certain fears that keep showing up in their life and they keep them frozen. And I gave them tools and breakthroughs happened in the room. literally in the room where they're like, oh my God, I feel free. Oh my God, I can go and speak to my spouse this way, or I can go and show up with my boss and tell them that I need a raise. And why have I been so quiet all this time? You know, so there was such beautiful conversations, but shifts that happen. And ultimately, it's this perception that shifts in their brain, Adil. It's this way that they see themselves all of a sudden. You know how you said self-esteem? For me, self-esteem, Adil, in my model world is connected to self-worth. Right? And if you believe you're worthy, then you put your self-esteem higher. And then if you believe you're worthy and your self-esteem goes higher, then self-respect kicks in because you won't allow for anything less. You won't allow for a woman or a man to treat you and speak to you down. You won't allow for a boss or a relationship that is abusing you. And the only reason we allow that is because we don't believe that we deserve better and we're not confident enough to say, sorry, get you know, the hell with it, or I'm going to choose a different path. And I think that goes back to confidence again. 100%.
And we just haven't given ourselves the opportunity to just to build it over time. You know, that's the thing that's been completely missing. I mean, we touched on this master workshop now, so I think we should go into it a little bit more. Yeah.
Yeah. So the intention behind this master workshop is it's going to be limited, Adil. We agreed we want to have a certain number of people at this event. So it's not going to be a large one because we believe that these spaces need to be sacred. need to be, you know, to manage the energy of the room. But it's going to be something unique where there's going to be multiple sessions happening in that day where I'm going to run a session, you're going to run a session, and then we're going to have them also working with each other, the accountability, but also the actual practical tools. Plus, I'm going to do an experience, Adil, where I'm going to put everyone in a very, very deep hypnotic state, and I'm going to recondition their mind in different parts of their life of what confidence really feels like. And showing up, so that's going to give them the taste. So we're programming them. Then I'm going to give them tools of how to overcome their doubts, their fears. So it's it's it's packed with so much stuff. I don't think we can even cover it in this conversation. But all I'm saying is that there's going to be systems. There's going to be adults showing up. You're going to be doing your thing. I'm going to do my thing. We're going to get them to do things in terms of engaging with each other. At the end of the session, we're going to open the floor for a live Q&A to ask us anything related to confidence and. I feel we can also do some live breakthroughs as well on stage.
Definitely.
You know, I'm keen to bring someone on stage and demonstrate what a breakthrough looks like in terms of shifting a belief or breaking through a limitation energetically speaking, emotionally speaking. And there's going to be lunch. So there's going to be networking. And honestly, it's going to be a room filled with men that are showing up and the energy. I know you know this because you do this on a weekly basis when you— but I believe the energy rubs off, Adil, when there's men showing up for themselves and there's no judgment. We're going to create a space where it's safe, where it's— where people are just comfortable to go, you know what, I am— I'm falling short here, here's why, and this is what I actually want. And then we're just gonna deep dive. And I'm so excited, man.
I'm so— I look, I'm super excited. Actually, thank you to you because I wasn't really thinking of getting involved myself. But now, like you said, we're going to have 2 powerful coaches in the room.
Yes.
Bringing the inner world and the outer world together. And that is what's so unique about the situation. So from my perspective, I'm going to be giving tools and tricks, and also these men walk away with an actual plan. So rather than just walk away from workshop where we, you know, again, mental masturbation, just took some notes. No, they're going to go away with a plan and they're going to have accountability structure at the same time. And you get to hang out with us and get to have the Q&A and we get to have some live coaching. Live breakthroughs. It'll be in a beautiful venue. Everyone that's listening, we're going to give them a little discount. I think if you've got, if you made it this far using the code New Mind.
Yeah. There'll be a code New Mind 10. I'll put a code there. There'll be a special discount for you guys that you can apply at checkout on, and the link will also be displayed on this podcast where you guys can purchase the master workshop. Again, guys, this is not, this is just true authentic value. We want to work with men. We want to work with men that are serious about making a shift. So if you feel intimidated, good. That's a calling for you. If you feel you're not sure, I'm telling you, this is the comfort zone that's holding you back from stepping up and showing up for yourself. So this is a direct invitation to the serious men out there who really are done with just talking about it and moaning about it and just wishing it or dreaming it.
Yeah.
This is the time. And with all honesty, guys, this is not coming from an arrogant place. In my model of the world, always learn from those who embody what they're saying. Always learn from people that are walking the walk. And, you know, again, Adil knows my background, knows what I've been doing over the years. I know his background. I know what he's been doing. I'm vetting him in this experience. We're vetting each other because we know what we do and we know the impact we're doing in this in this space. So, so thank you for, for taking the time. Adil, thank you for, for being here today, brother. I really appreciate making the time, and, and I'm really excited to ride with you on this one, man. Thank you, brother. Thank you. Thank you very much. Cheers, guys. Much love and positive energy.
