Don't accept the girlfriend status!

In this solo coaching video, Sami Wunder warns women against becoming exclusive with men after only a few dates. She argues that early exclusivity benefits men and the patriarchy by allowing them to secure sex and a girlfriend label without committing to long‑term goals. Wunder explains that sexual intimacy triggers oxytocin, causing women to become emotionally attached while many men remain focused on short‑term gratification, leading to mismatched timelines and relationship breakdowns. She introduces her "4 Seasons" approach, urging women to evaluate a partner across different life contexts before committing, and outlines her proprietary Love Success Framework—a six‑step system taught in her ELEVATE program that she claims yields a 95 % success rate in helping women attract healthy, empowered masculine partners. Throughout, she emphasizes intentional dating, asking critical questions early (marriage, kids, values), and warns that premature exclusivity prevents men from emotionally bonding, reducing the value they place on the relationship. The video concludes with multiple calls to action: subscribe, like, comment, and book a free consultation for her coaching program.

Stop getting exclusive with men so quickly. I really can't emphasize this enough. Exclusivity in the modern dating landscape is favoring men. A man simply has to offer you the girlfriend title 3 dates in, and whoa, he has a ticket to sleep with you. Just think about it from the perspective of a guy. It's not a very big price to pay for a man to stop seeing other women and just start seeing you and you alone, and ensuring that he gets to have the presence of your beautiful company, he gets to have sex with you, and he gets to call you his girlfriend, maybe have some more girlfriend benefits like your beautiful feminine energy in his home, getting to show you off to his friends, meanwhile knowing all this while that it doesn't have to mean anything for the future. It doesn't mean he's marrying you. It doesn't mean he's going to offer you the ring. It doesn't even mean that he's thinking 6 months down the line, forget about thinking years down the line. So, in the Sami Wunder Work, the reason why I'm so proud of my clients' results in relationships is because my clients attract the one. They don't just attract any man, because in today's world, Even in the world of dating and relationship coaching, it would be so easy to say that I have thousands of client results, and basically these results are women getting exclusive with men, getting boyfriends 3 dates in, and then basically not having sustainable relationships. Because here's what happens when women get exclusive with men too quickly. The first thing is, you start sleeping with the guy, and this is not a win for you because your biological system, your hormonal system, is not supposed to be detached while sleeping with a guy. And so you basically work against your own biology if you would remain detached while making love with a man. And so you go in and you start to get attached. You have orgasms with this man, you said yes to exclusivity, you're thinking about attaching with him and building a beautiful future with him, your oxytocin is flowing, and he is just not thinking about the future. This would explain why so many women today are hurting in the dating dynamic, because they are saying yes to exclusivity too soon with men, without really understanding that exclusivity is a concept that supports men. Exclusivity is a concept that is basically supporting the patriarchy. Exclusivity is a concept that tells men, You don't have to put in much effort to sleep with me. All you have to do is take me out on 3 dinner dates, and on the 3rd date, ask me to be your girlfriend, and I'm going to get all giddy and excited about it because I feel like I've won the lottery, and then I'm going to work hard at building something long-term with you. This is completely the wrong way to go about it. It hurts you because you get attached. It hurts you because you and the guy are on completely different timelines when it comes to long-term commitment. You're thinking about it, whereas he's He's not thinking about it at all. Maybe he will think about it in 2 years, in 3 years, but maybe not. And that is a very big risk you put yourself under as a woman. And this is why in the Sami Wunder Work, in my ELEVATE program, whenever we're working with women, helping them attract great guys, a great relationship, we are anti-exclusivity too quickly. We actually recommend that you take your time before you say yes to a man. The And you take your time to vet him, to evaluate him. You see, in the beginning of dating, it's very easy to like somebody, to feel the physical attraction with a great guy. However, both you and I know that physical attraction is not enough to give you the relationship of a lifetime, to give you the relationship of your dreams. And this is why saying yes to quick exclusivity without really having vetted the person, On who he is when things don't go his way, who he is when he's angry, when he has stress, looking for compatibility on long-term values. What does he think about a successful woman? What does he think about women if they end up making more money than him? So, if you have not seen a person in the 4 different seasons of life, as I like to call it, you shouldn't be saying yes to being with them. You shouldn't be sleeping with them. You shouldn't be saying yes to exclusivity. And I think so many women do this the opposite way. They go in quickly, they say yes to quick exclusivity, they shut down all their options, they feel great at the start, and then 3 months down the line, 5 months down the line, drama starts. Basically, his effort starts to slack, he starts staying out longer without communicating, fights start to happen, arguments start to happen, sex goes down, intimacy goes down. and you find yourself again noticing that this is once again the wrong person for you. It's just that you've again invested 5 to 6 months of your precious lifetime in this new person. Now, think about the opposite scenario. Think about actually taking it slow at the start. Think about being able to value physical attraction, but also testing for compatibility, testing for long-term values, testing for alignment of vision, of a shared future, and being willing to walk away despite the physical attraction if you notice red flags. Having the courage to say, you know, this has been wonderful and I don't think it's working for me. Having some important conversations right at the start. Are you looking for marriage? Do you want kids? Are you looking for family? Are you just looking for something casual? These are important questions, and it is only when women become intentional daters that they can start to find the power within themselves to evaluate men for a partnership versus sort of just get flown and lost in the attraction and in the chemistry that dating brings. Quick exclusivity is actually the antithesis of intentional dating. Quick exclusivity is actually the complete opposite of the process that I teach to help my clients attract husbands. You see, we have a 95% success rate with our clients who come together using my Sami Wunder Love Success Framework, which is basically a 6-step framework, which I teach in my ELEVATE program, to attract healthy, empowered, masculine men. And the reason why my clients don't just keep switching men and don't just get exclusive, tick mark on the Sami Wunder Success Rate Checklist, and then break up with their men 1 year later— that is not how my business works. That is not how my system works. Because I'm here, as a married woman of 11 years, teaching women how to attract the one, like really build a relationship where you are adored, cherished, he's crazy about you, you feel amazing, and there is absolutely no reason for either of you to walk away from each other because you have taken your time getting to know each other, you have vetted each other, you have evaluated each other, you have not just rushed into quick exclusivity for the sake of scoring a short-term win. Now, last but not the least, before I give you the 3rd reason as to why you do not want to jump into exclusivity with men too quickly, I want to make sure you have subscribed to my channel. So hit the red subscribe button, hit the bell icon. When we release a new video for you every weekend, you will get a notification so you don't miss any of the videos. Give me a like if this has spoken to you, if this has given you a breakthrough, and do not forget to share. What your experience has been with men asking for exclusivity too quickly. Have you felt tempted to say yes? Do you see exclusivity as a victory, as a win? I love hearing from you, so do not go away without hitting a like and giving me a comment. So now I'm talking about the last point as to why you don't want to get exclusive too quickly with men, and that is, men need time to bond. If you go dig into my channel, you will find many videos about how men bond and how they take time to bond, and how when you say yes to quick exclusivity, You have literally prevented a guy from bonding with you emotionally, because now he's just going to bond with you sexually. And he's not going to value that sexual interaction so much because he hasn't really worked for it, has he? If you said yes to exclusivity 3 dates down the line, he hasn't really worked for it, and men value what they work for. So if he's not worked for it, it has actually worked against you, because now he's going to sleep with you without really valuing you, going to take you a little for granted. And he hasn't emotionally bonded with you. So when we throw sex into the picture, and usually when we are exclusive with somebody, of course sex is in the picture, we prevent that deep emotional care, concern, and bonding happening between a man and a woman. Now, some of you may be thinking, Sami, I am not looking for marriage. I am just looking for a committed partnership. Is that wrong even then to get exclusive with a man? And I would say, yes, even if you just want an exclusive, committed partnership, you don't want to get in there too fast. You want to take your time. I am a huge believer in the institution of marriage, and that's what I support my clients with. However, even for our clients that we support and elevate with attracting a healthy, empowered relationship, a committed partnership, Even then, I'm going to recommend that you take your time. You don't have to jump into it. You can follow all the same principles. You can vet him, you can evaluate him, you can ask him the right questions, you can test him over the 4 seasons before you say yes. And I think this is going to change your dating game. It might mean that in the beginning, you're going a bit slower than your other girlfriends who are just sort of getting boyfriends, but— Just because you took a little time more in the beginning is actually going to ensure longevity and quality of the kind of man, partner, and relationship that you attract because you took your time at the start.
