Texts To Never Send to a Man

In this YouTube video, dating coach Sami Wunder outlines five specific text messages that women should avoid sending to men because they undermine masculine‑feminine polarity and diminish attraction. She explains each problematic text— (1) “Did I do something wrong?”, (2) “Did you miss me?”, (3) “No pressure, I know you’re busy, just thinking of you”, (4) the “Double Spiral” follow‑up text after no reply, and (5) saying “It’s fine/Sure/No problem” when it isn’t. For each, she describes why the wording signals neediness, places the woman in a chasing role, and gives alternative approaches that preserve a woman’s value and keep the man in a choosing position. Throughout, she frames the advice within an evolutionary‑psychology view of dating, emphasizing high‑value, confident communication. The video also includes real client anecdotes, a call‑to‑action to subscribe, and a promotion for her flagship coaching program, ELEVATE, which claims to have helped over 1,300 successful women attract high‑value masculine partners.

The 5 texts you never ever want to send a man, especially if you want him to value you. Now, there are certain texts when you send them out to men as a woman, a man will instantly feel the loss in his attraction for you. This doesn't make you unworthy, undesirable, or needy. It is just that sending these texts instantly collapses masculine-feminine polarity. They tend to put you in the chasing position and put him in the choosing position. And so the whole dynamic reverses. So I'm going to give you these 5 texts, never send them to a man. And of course, I'm also going to tell you what to do instead. So text number 1, did I do something wrong? Now, usually this sentence is texted by a woman when she is feeling insecure because he has withdrawn or pulled back. Maybe you haven't heard from him for over 2 days. Maybe you guys had a last exchange where you felt a little unsure of his interest, and so you send the text, did I do something wrong? Now, in its intention, this is a clean text, but actually how it lands on a man is that you are feeling his pullback and you are seeking his reassurance that everything is good. Not only that, you are also putting yourself in a position of blame. You are basically telling him that you are assuming that you are the one at fault, he holds the power, And you are making him responsible for regulating your emotions. So a masculine man will immediately lose attraction when a woman shrinks herself this way, takes over responsibility for the dynamic, and puts herself in the position of blame. Now let's talk about text number 2 that you do not want to send a man. Did you miss me? Now this one on the surface feels cute and harmless and playful. However, it is energy fishing for compliments, fishing for validation, fishing for his reassurance once again. Now, you are literally placing a man on a pedestal when you send him the text, did you miss me? Because it communicates to him that you are looking for emotional security, that you are still significant to him, that you are still emotionally important to him. And of course, this kind of text will also only be sent by a woman when she is feeling some kind of insecurity or anxiety in her body, or not feeling sure about his level of interest in her. Now, chasing reassurance from men is a bad idea. It immediately kills the polarity. It immediately makes him feel like he has power over your emotions. This is not about playing games. This is about understanding that dating is is ultimately an evolutionary activity where both men and women are looking to attract the most high-value mate. And you do not project yourself as the prize, you do not project yourself as the high-value mate, when you are constantly chasing validation from men and seeking emotional comfort in their choosing you. Now let's talk about text #3 that, if you were my client in ELEVATE, I would not let you send in a defining moment. Now this text is, no pressure to reply. I know you're busy. Just letting you know I think of you. This sounds so sweet, so non-pressurizing, so good girl. But let's go through this slowly. No pressure. I know you're busy. Just letting you know I am thinking of you. You are minimizing yourself in all of these 3 sentences. You're basically minimizing your needs, minimizing your wants and expectations from this man, 3 times in 1 text. And here is the truth. A man who is interested in you, you're not a burden to him. A man who is interested in you actually doesn't want you to shrink yourself or make yourself smaller. He feels energized by you. So if you are sending a guy this text, no pressure, just thinking of you, I know you're busy, it also tells me— and this actually happened with one of our Elevate clients— that he is not showing up in the way a man should be showing up inside a healthy dating dynamic. So when a woman says, I know you're busy, you know she is making excuses for him not showing up consistently in her life, and she is minimizing her own needs and giving the guy a blank check that this is okay. Now, with our Elevate client, what actually happened was that the guy she's been dating for over 3 months completely disappeared on her for over a week. And then, without telling us, she sent this text. And so when she got on a call with me on one of our weekly calls, I said to her, don't tell me you sent this. She said, Sami, I did send this. I said, how do you think it was received by the man? Well, he probably thinks I like him and I am very understanding. I said, no, He thinks that he has you, and he thinks that it's okay to ignore you for a week in the name of, I've just been busy, and you are still there and still waiting and still kind and still accessible. Do you really think this increases your value in a man's eyes? It absolutely does not. If anything, it just reinforces the pattern that I can come in and I can go out as I like. This woman likes me. She's emotionally hooked, and she is going to tolerate my absence without making any demands on me. Now, let's talk about the next text that I don't want you to send a man. I call this the Double Spiral Text. This is usually the text a woman sends when you send a guy a text, he doesn't respond, and then you send another text because you are feeling anxious about his lack of response. And so usually this will look like, hey, you know, hope you're doing well, have a good morning. And let's just say he got busy, he was distracted, he didn't look at his phone, he didn't get back to you, and it's been 6, 7, 8 hours, you haven't heard back, and you are on a bit of a spiral, and you are wondering, where is he? Is he not thinking about me? Did I do something wrong? And so you send another text just to check on him and just to make sure he saw your message. So the Double Spiral Text usually looks like some version of, hey, just making sure you saw my text, or, hey, just making sure you saw that I wrote you in the morning. Hey, I hope all is well. Making sure you got my last message. And this is truly anxiety texting, and it's not something I encourage you to do as a confident woman. In fact, who you become when you like a guy and your emotions are taking over is the entire game to master if you are looking to attract a valuable mate, a valuable, loving, handsome, wealthy, emotionally available husband, because those kind of men are extremely tuned in and they understand when a woman comes from a place of power and confidence and true high value versus from anxiety, neediness, and desperation. And double texting is always going to be putting you in the category of feeling desperate versus feeling powerful and emotionally regulated, something we teach our clients inside ELEVATE. Now, the final text— ta-da!— that I don't want you to send as a truly high-value woman is, it's fine. It's fine, or sure, no problem, especially when it's not fine and when it is a problem. Now, I can't tell you how many extremely well-educated, smart, successful women still show up gaslighting themselves, gaslighting their feelings, minimizing their emotions when they're dating, simply because they don't want to appear as too high maintenance, too demanding. And here's the thing, when you say fine or sure or no problem when it's actually a problem, you are coming across as extremely inauthentic. And no healthy masculine man can connect with a woman who is afraid of speaking her truth. Now, so many smart women think they're above it and this is not their problem, but when we work with them inside ELEVATE, we see this is exactly their challenge. And to drive home this point, let me give you an example of a client on whom a guy cancelled at the last minute. And instead of saying, last-minute cancellations are not cool, she went, sure. And I was like, no, you didn't say sure. I mean, he cancelled on you at the last minute. That's not cool at all. At least let him explain himself. At least let him make it up to you. Don't be the woman who plays cool just to look cool. Like, it's okay to have needs. It's okay to feel bad. It's okay to Express your feelings and emotions. Of course, you want to do it in a classy way, not a needy and desperate and scolding and screaming kind of way. But hey girl, do not minimize your emotions and definitely do not send, it's fine, when it's not.
