Hey there, Sander Scott here. I am at 5892 Robert Drive. This is an 1,800 square foot house. It's, first of all, it's close, really close to Silver Lake Elementary School, which is part, an elementary school, part of Traverse City Area Public Schools. The house is right here, right behind me. Two-car garage there. 1,800 square feet. It's currently a two-bedroom, 2-bath, 2.5-bath house, and the reason I say currently is that it was originally a 3-bedroom home, but the owner, once his daughters moved out, he converted one of the bedrooms, converted it to make his master suite a bigger area. So we'll check that out here in a minute. Hmm, I'm seeing if I can turn the camera around here, and it doesn't look like it's allowing me to. Um, so, uh, darn it, I might have to start this live broadcast over, uh, so I can show you the home. But we're gonna head in and take a look, and maybe in the meantime I can figure out how to turn the camera around.
