It was only for an hour and I asked them probably 10 minutes worth of questions and it's, why are you building the home? Why do you want to build on water? Why Northern Michigan? And they started out that where they were searching the last year for an existing property and really existing property wasn't the right fit because it's not an investment property in their mind, but it is a generational home they want to keep long term for 5 grandkids.
