Hey there, finding an affordable home in Traverse City, Michigan can be a difficult task, but it is not impossible. In fact, I'm standing outside of a home I used to own right there. This is Sander Scott, full-service realtor, and I can tell you that I've helped so many buyers find affordable homes here in Traverse City and in the Traverse City area. I have a unique custom-built strategy that works. It's not the traditional search tactics used by most agents that are simply looking for homes that need a little TLC or some remodel, some remodeling that are priced lower than move-in homes. And you add, you add sweat equity and voilà, you've got a deal. Or you can, the traditional way is to look on the outskirts. Those are good strategies, but are they really strategies that every agent will be advising you to use to find affordable housing in and around Traverse City.
