So I'm out here, Cherry Homes subdivision north of Northport, and this— something just happened in Cherry Homes that if you're thinking about buying a house or a lot in Cherry Homes, you need to know this. But you also need to know it if you are looking to buy property in a subdivision. So the, the roads into behind me here into Cherry Home subdivision and throughout Cherry Home subdivision are county roads. However, the county is going to be doing an assessment to each lot owner for $7,300 to be paid over 10 years for every lot. Uh, so if you own a double lot and a house, then it's $7,300 times 2. And so that assessment's going to be going into place Uh, probably pretty soon. That's going to be an extra expense that you're going to want to budget in if you're going to be buying in Cherry Homes.
