I am originally from Southwest Michigan and grew up in a little town on Lake Michigan. You know, lived there 20 years, went to Michigan State, but then moved away and kind of lived all over the country for a long time. But then life changes, and I was in Maine up until last summer and wanted to come back to the home, the home terra firma, I guess. And no better place than Traverse City, I think, in my mind.
