(posted June 25, 2024) containing a short testimonial-style conversation among a realtor and clients. The excerpt features multiple speakers (clients and the agent) discussing their experience working together — noting four deals completed, praising the agent as fun, responsive, genuine, and effective at finding great properties and securing top dollar on sales.

So we mentioned that we've done 4 deals together, and I certainly appreciate it, but, but, uh, this is a testimonial, so why me? Why, what have you— why do you keep coming back?
Because it's fun. It's been fun. It's, uh, you know, you're always easy to work with and responsive and genuine, and you have our best interests at hand, so we appreciate that.
Well, thanks. I thought you weren't going to talk.
Oh yeah, I said half the time I chose to, but yeah.
Yeah, no, and I feel the same exact way. I feel like you take our genuine interests to heart and have found us some really great properties that have fit us just perfectly, and then conversely have gotten us, um, you know, top dollar for the properties that we've sold.
So awesome, thanks so much. Yeah, thank you.
