Do you need a wine room? All these spaces that people have in luxury homes today. I ask the question because we've done it. So I get my list down and then I know what my minimum standard is for each one of those rooms based on room size. And if it's going to be just for their family, which is 2 people, or all their families combined with the grandkids, and we need to align the scale of the home with the ebb and flow of how they use the home with kids visiting them and grandkids.
