Yeah, I, you know, given the amount of inventory that's out there right now, it's certainly a buyer's market. Take your time, pick what's going to fit best for you long-term. Kind of recommend what's your 90% use going to be rather than your 10% use. So kind of having that, like I said, reality check conversation with the, the buyers is part of what makes a broker important.
