Hey there, so I'm out in Hall's Bay, which is, uh, Hall's Bay is a bay within Northport Bay, which is a bay within Grand Traverse Bay. And, um, I'll just kind of let you take a look around there. Over there, over my shoulder, there is the gated community of Northport Point. Right on this side is just before you get to that. And this is— this area in here is referred to as Paradisia Point. And anyway, this Halls Bay, because it's a bay within a bay within a bay, um, whenever I was water skiing as a kid— because of course I grew up on the water, uh, in Northport— uh, whenever we were looking for a place that was still going to be— if it was a little rough or it just wasn't quite the kind of water skiing weather that we had hoped for, we'd come to Halls Bay because it would be absolutely like glass. So, uh, so anyway, another quick tidbit is that Northport Point, believe it or not, before it was a gated community— and my great-great-grandmother actually sold that to the developer that made it into the gated community that it is today. So there's a little bit of history for you. But, uh, if you're ever out North Portway in your boat, I'd suggest just making your way and checking out, uh, Hall's Bay. Thanks so much.
