This is a YouTube video titled "Exploring Our Clubhouse Events, Meetings, and More" (created/last edited 2025-02-01) containing a short diarized excerpt with one speaker (SPEAKER A) who describes how the clubhouse is used: residents can reserve it for private functions (weddings, receptions, family get-togethers), the annual meeting is held on the grounds using the clubhouse and adjacent grass area depending on weather, and a few member card-playing groups meet there. The excerpt appears informational about clubhouse events and usage.

So what kind of things go on in the clubhouse? I mean, what, uh, well, as you mentioned yourself, I mean, there are people— residents can reserve the space for private functions, whether it be weddings, wedding receptions, family get-togethers. We also do our annual meeting on these grounds, and we use both the clubhouse and the grass area outside depending on weather. And then there's a couple individual groups that are open to the public, open to the membership anyway, that play cards there.
