And as far as what makes us a little different, I've always prided myself in getting people to work for me that have different backgrounds. So for example, I have an HVAC technician that works for me. It seems to be the longer we're in business, that comes up more and more, um, Sander, that water is a big, big concern for a lot of people. And then when they come to this area and see all this fresh water, they want to know, is it safe to drink?
