So I'm at the Mill Pond in Northport. You can tell that the dam here is having a hard time keeping up, creating some little foam there. But what is happening with a record— I can't remember a time when we've had so much water and all these flood warnings and everything. And so it does impact real estate. If you own property in Northport, check your crawl space, check your basement. You want to know if you've got some water intrusion, and you want to know how to take care of it at a reasonable price. You can spend a ton of money, or you can spend a little money. So, uh, if you need a consultation, I'm happy to do it. I've been through a lot of these with my own sellers and clients, and I'm happy to help in any way. I'm local right here in Northport. Just hit me up, and no cost to you.
