The larger parcel that I can get, I love that because I'm only looking for a certain clientele who appreciates privacy and wants to build a larger scale home or a family compound for generations. And memories, building memories with their families. But it's because we're keeping that property intact and wanting to do a beautiful structure that's great architecture that benefits the community as well, rather than chopping up and putting a bunch of small homes on it.
