Are you aware of any substances, materials, or products that may be an environmental hazard, such as, but not limited to, asbestos, radon gas, formaldehyde, lead-based paint, fuel, chemical storage tanks, and contaminated soil on the property? So this might be a situation where if you knew that there used to be an underground fuel oil tank on the property, that you would note that here and disclose the fact that, yeah, there was an underground fuel oil tank. Disclose whether or not you are aware of any leak related to that kind of thing. Most sellers don't know about whether radon exists. I would always recommend, by the way, any homeowner get a radon test. I'm happy to— I have a radon testing piece of equipment that is the same piece of equipment that home inspectors use. It's a service that I provide to my buyer clients.
