I'm in a neighborhood here where I sold a condo recently, and as you can see, there are more under construction now here in this neighborhood, and of course all across Traverse City. But hey, look, there are a lot of realtors out there serving the Grand Traverse area, and You know, what you ought to be asking yourself is what separates one realtor from another, or in my case, Sander, what can you do for me that other realtors can't do? I mean, any realtor can schedule a showing for you, open the door for you, you know, they can negotiate for you, although I am a certified— I have a certification as a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, so that puts me a little bit above other realtors that don't have that certification. But you really ought to be asking, what, Sander, what specifically can you do that other realtors can't do? And I don't want to give away all my secrets here on YouTube for every real estate agent to copy, but I do do things for my buyers that simply other real estate agents don't do.
