The freshwater is, you know, a great benefit versus saltwater, especially for boaters because of the maintenance on the boats is a lot easier, a lot less wear on their equipment. But the natural disasters like California and the fires, the cities being overpopulated, and, you know, I'm getting a lot of calls on that. It's like, we just want to be able to get away from the chaos and be somewhere secluded and still have our privacy. So those different natural disasters and the chaos and the cities and congestion Plus the property values, history has proven, keep going up. They've doubled up here in the last 5 years. So people are recognizing that too, is my— our investment is protected.
