We're more of a one-of-a-kind builder because we don't take on a lot of projects. We're very selective on what we do and who we build for. To have a good process like the Falcon Way, you have to have capacity to implement it. And when you get too busy juggling too many projects with too many clients, the first thing that usually falls is your process, and then it becomes a mess for everybody involved in that project. So we really focus on process. We don't fold on that. That's where we limit the amount of work that we take on based on our capacity to manage it.
