I never thought I would like living in a condo. My wife and I talked about it, you know, over the years, and I could never see it. And, you know, our home downstate was about 4,300 square feet, so there's a lot of upkeep and a lot of yard work. And but when it came time to retire, we realized that we have a lot of things, but we don't need all these things. We have rooms that we haven't been in in a while.
