The bandeja is a defensive overhead, so this is an overhead that you would play when you've received a deep lob but you want to play an overhead and you want to recover the net. So this shot is softer, it's going to have a little bit of slice to stay low, but really your goal with this shot is to take the net rather than other overheads in padel that might be more about being attacking or winning the point.
