Good morning everyone. Sandy Weigt here with MSW Interactive Designs and I've got another marketing tip for you today. I'm going to give you five great ways to better use video in your business for 2020. So the first idea is to create a video for a great to meet you or follow up situation. So if you just came off a networking event or a trade show, a follow up video, making that visual connection with your face and a reminder of the conversation that you had is a great way to do that and can be far more powerful than a simple email. The second one is a project or process update. Many of us have services that occur over a period of time, so using a video to give a client an update through that process is a great way to stay connected along the way and can be more powerful than an email or a text message. The third one is a holiday or a celebration email. So holiday, that's easy. But if you keep track of your customers, birthdays or anniversaries, things like that, sending a personal message where you're actually looking at the camera wishing them a happy birthday or happy anniversary can be a lot more powerful and effective than one of those E card template things that we get so used to sending and it's kind of a lazy way out videos, not a lazy way out. The fourth one is bad news. If something's gone wrong in a project or during a relationship in the business cycle, getting on video and looking right into the lens of the camera can be a super powerful way to get that apology through because you can feel the warmth, the empathy and the genuineness in the message. And then the fifth one of course is just checking in. If you haven't spoken with a client in a while, you want to reach out and reconnect. Video is a super powerful way to do that. Of course picking up the phone is too, but visually video is far more powerful than email. So that's it. My five Tips five great ways to better use video in Your business for 2020 Sandy Wagott signing off MSW Interactive designs have a great day.
