Good morning everyone. Sandy Weigt here with MSW Interactive Designs. And today I'd like to talk to you about the fact that 90% of business owners report having a website that they think is useless for marketing their business. You know, and the sad part is, is that they're right. Most sites just give business basics and if you're lucky, you can find the business basics like the phone number, the link location and the hours. You know, just the basic stuff that people need to know. But the fact is, is that when people hit your website, less than 2% actually convert. And conversion means either call you or contact you or fill out a form or, you know, that sort of thing. And what happens as a result of that is that you're throwing money away by spending it on advertising instead of investing it in a strategy that that helps those ads draw better conversions through your website. And the solution to that is to have a lead magnet and a nurturing funnel on your website. The idea of a lead magnet is that it's something of value that someone will download when they get to your website. So if they haven't made the decision to call you yet and engage in your services, you are offering them something of value to take away in exchange for an email address. So you are list building. And list building is essential. You should be list building in your business business every single day. So the nurturing funnel comes next. So lead magnet captures the email address, that's your list building and then your nurturing. Excuse me, your nurturing funnel kicks in right away. So nurturing funnel then is a series of engaging emails that offer value that will grow that person into the business relationship with you over time. They're not sales emails. They are emails that provide value, establish you as the expert, position you different from your competition and give the person the trust that when they invest money with you to solve their problem, that you are the first and only choice. That's what a nurturing funnel does. So once you then have that nurturing funnel engaged, you can start working in a sales funnel at that point and the sales funnel then closes the deal and makes the ask. So if you are one of those business owners, owners that thinks your website is not really functioning well for your business in terms of helping you close more business and get more clients, then you really need to think about engaging in list building with a lead magnet that offers value and then a nurturing funnel that nurtures your customers into that sale. So I hope this tip helped if that is something that you want to try. I have got a team of experts that can build a great lead magnet and nurturing funnel and sales funnel for you. So give us a call.
