Short YouTube marketing tip by Sandy Wardenburg Waggett (MSW Interactive Designs) advising creators to start with customer FAQs to generate content. Recommends repurposing each answer across formats — social posts, videos, podcasts (audio stripped from video), transcriptions to blog posts, and newsletters (embed video when relevant) — because different customers use different channels.

Hi, everyone. Sandy Waggett here with MSW Interactive Designs. And I'm here with another marketing tip. You know, one of the questions that I get asked a lot is how to come up with content for your social media, for your newsletters, for your blogs, for your video, all this stuff. And a great place to start is with FAQs, questions that your customers ask you all the time. This is a surefire way to know that you're putting out content that, that your users are going to be interested in. And it's a great thing to have on your website. So if you start with your FAQs, you can turn each particular question into a social media post. You can also answer those questions on video and do a video very similar to this. And then if you have your video, you could strip off the audio, turn it into a podcast, very simply. So we're going to repurpose this content over and over across multiple platforms. You could also take your, your video or your podcast, and you could transcribe it and turn it into a blog post, and you could take that text and turn it into a newsletter that you send out to your list. And you could even embed the video if you answered the question in the video. So start with your FAQs and then think about ways that you could repurpose the content that you're developing over time. It's okay to reuse it because not all consumers are going to, or not all customers are going to consume your content on the same channels. So different people will see it in different places. I hope that helps and gives you some good ideas. Sandy Weigatt with MSW Interactive Designs signing off.
