Hey guys, Sandy Waggett here with the Impact Network and I just wanted to give you a little bit of a preview about the Eagle Summit. The 65th Eagle Summit. If you have not registered, let me just say it is not too late. And we have got already 60 registered, which I'm so excited about. The venue holds 65, which means I've got five slots left. So let me tell you why you should be here. Number one. I mean last year was just phenomenal and this year is going to be as good, if not better. I've got some testimonials at the end of my talk here that you can see from people last year just raving about their experience. And I'm going to tell you, I worked so hard to line up some speakers for you this year that are just going to blow your mind. So the first one is my very good friend and mentor, Tina Corner. So she is going to talk about the art of asking $100,000 questions which can transform lives and really set the stage for some powerful inquiry. If you're a leader in any role, you want to hear this presentation. The next one, I am so, so excited to have Les Lyons from the Eagle Venture Fund. That is Tim Tebow's venture fund, he's a partner in that and they use technology in amazing ways to fight human trafficking globally. He is coming in from Colorado to have a discussion with everyone about the really insane problem of human trafficking and how prolific it is right under our noses. And then follow that with Matt Monson who is going to talk about how culture and faith intersect with financial performance. Now you know the Tom Hill Group. So we are all about the six major areas of life and we have got them covered in this summit. So you want to come here, Matt Monson. And then the next one is Mike Chandler. Mike and Kelly Chandler. Kelly Chandler happens to be Brian Lunt's sister but they have done some amazing things and Mike in his retirement has turned passion into purpose. And so he's going to talk about his cause based volunteering and how to turn how he turned that into a business that really changes lives. And it's actually very synergistic with Les Lyons presentation because one of the causes that they really fight against and human trafficking. And then Shelly Pinot, an amazing woman and she is going to talk about no limits and shattering, limiting beliefs. So she is very well known and a best selling author in the special education industry. So you are not going to want to miss this talk. And then of course our own Imani Robinson who I know many of you have heard her speak before. She is so inspirational. But in this particular talk, she is going to talk about human trafficking issues in St. Louis. You can see we have a theme on the philanthropic side of the equation this year. And then Jeff Hartman, of course, our own Jeff Hartman is going to come in and give an update on the Carolink Foundation. And then Jay Chong. Now, this man, I mean, you probably remember him from the presentation he did in Houston and then again later in St. Louis on Vital. But his talk this time is not about Vital at all. It is about his experience across multiple cultures across the world. And I have heard portions of this talk, and you guys, it is so inspirational and so meaningful. Then Matt Marsh from Summit Trail Advisors, he's coming in from Colorado and he's going to talk about investing with impact and understanding the importance of sustainable investing. He's literally flying in from Colorado just to talk with us about this. And I'm so excited to have him. And then Robert Satko, who is the CEO of Ruby AI, is going to present with Chris Booth, and he's going to demo this tool called Ruby, which is phenomenal. It actually takes all of the AI models that are popular out there, everything from your language models like ChatGPT, Bard and all of them, plus Mid Journey, the graphics tools, the video tools, the sound tools, the cloning tools. And they are all under one platform, so you don't have to pay for multiple subscriptions anymore. And they are all driven by text. Like you. You don't have to learn anything complicated. No complicated prompts. It really makes AI accessible to everyone. So if you're interested in integrating AI in your business and your life, and why wouldn't you be? Because it's not going anywhere. It's only going to get more and more and more prevalent. You've got to hear the Ruby AI presentation. And then Vanessa, Vanessa Mills, I don't know if you've heard, but she launched a new book called Be A Simple and Effective Guide to Achieving Financial Independence. And she's going to come and share that book with us. So then, oh, my gosh. So John Nicely is going to present and he is going to talk about the power of story. And he has just come such a long way since he joined the Tom Hill Group. I mean, he's just grown his business because of the relationships that he's formed through the Tom Hill Group. Many of you know this story. You've experienced the story for yourself. So come support John and listen to his powerful story. And can't wait to have him on the stage. And then my dear friend ian, like firecracker Dr. Eddie Weller is going to come in and he is going to light up the stage with the presentation. I think he called it. You got nerve. And it's all about the vagus nerve and how our mind and body are so interconnected, tied to the vagus nerve and how our thoughts and nervous system play a crucial role in our health. This man, when he's on stage, he just brings the fire and it's awesome. And then we've got Fred Miller, who is a very well renowned speaking coach. He is going to talk to us about how to create the perfect elevator speech. Now if you're like me, right, I got on the zoom with Fred and he's like, give me your elevator speech. And of course I'm like, oh, I've got this down, right? So I, I'm in BNI and BNI for 20 years. I've got an elevator, your speech. So I let him have it and he just said, that is good, but here's how we're going to make it better. And that is what he's going to do for you from the stage at the summit. And then my dear friend TJ Sweet, who is a phenomenal stage speaker, a genuine, just, beautiful man, he is going to speak to you from the heart about gratitude and how it's more than just a nice feeling. It literally transforms your leadership and the culture and your company. So TJ's coming to talk about gratitude. And then my dear friend Derek Stanley, who is a tycoon in the recycling and upcycling world. He spoke last year and I mean, the audience was just amazed at what they didn't know about upcycling and recycling. Like, there's so many misconceptions and false truths out there about recycling. You do not want to miss this if you care at all about our environment and our planet. And then of course, Scott Root. Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to have him on the stage and to hear this presentation. He's going to talk about someone who has such a, such an inspiring story about advocacy and struggle and the power of one voice to make a difference. His talk is called, his name was John. And then my new friend Noelle Robinson is going to take the stage and she is going to talk about the power of sound therapy and how it literally can regulate our central nervous system and bring calm to chaos. And you guys, by the way, on Saturday afternoon, one of the available excursions is a one hour sound immersion Experience at her studio that's right down the street and the summit is paying for it. So if you come, you want to go to that sound immersion experience. I have done it myself. And you just leave feeling incredibly relaxed, rejuvenated, at peace. So Noel is amazing. You do not want to miss it. And then I've got a new friend, Kevin Monroe. He's coming in from Georgia, believe it or not. And he's going to talk about gratitude as well. And this guy is known as the gratitude guy. So I am super excited to have him at the summit and help hopefully we bring him back for many years to come. And then. Oh my gosh. So John O', Leary, you, many of you know John O'. Leary. This man normally charges 30 to 50,000 to speak at events. He's coming to our event virtually but live and he is going to share some things that even if you've heard him speak before.
Are just going to touch you, move you and inspire you. John o' Leary is incredible and he's giving us this gift for the summit and for Tom at no charge. So thank you, John. And then of course Saturday night for our wonderful dinner, I've got my very good friend and incredible speaker, Jeff Posientek and he's going to come in and talk about the champion mindset to finish out the event for us. So you guys, the 65th Eagle Summit is going to be one for the books and I hope that you can make it. And if you've already registered, I cannot wait to see you there. Stay tuned for some testimonials from last year's summit. I got people on camera at the end of the event and we can see, see in their eyes how lit up they are. So can't wait to see you. It's coming up on September 27th and 28th.
John Schramm, formerly known as the Purple Guy because that's my old business, sold it two years ago. This is my 13th or 14th summit. Somewhere in that range been spread out over a 25ish or so year period. Tom has created an amazing group. Sandy has continued that legacy. I highly recommend anyone that's on the entrepreneurial journey, considering the entrepreneurial journey, owns a business, thinking about a business, anybody in leadership. I also highly recommend bringing your kids. All three of my children have been to one of these. One actually spoke and performed at one. That's a whole different story. But they all got something out of it. It's an incredibly rewarding thing to attend. It's hard to describe. There's A ton of content, tons of great networking. The people are all so amazingly supportive.
It's a no brainer from an investment. So make the time, make the effort, spend the money, be at the next summit. So this is my first time at the Eagle Summit and it was life changing. My son actually six weeks ago asked to come with me and when you're a teenager asks to spend time with his dad, you absolutely do it. But the, the quality of the people here, the servant leaders that are here and the quality of the message has been absolutely amazing and the orchestration of it, every single part. Definitely want to come back. Well, so this weekend, just incredible. Speaker after speaker, just enlightenment as far as what we should be doing.
And I just think this was probably been to a lot of summits and I have to tell you, this is right up there. A small group, lots of interaction. And I just think this is probably as far as content.
Was right up there. So awesome, awesome job. Once again, the Tom Hill Eagles Summit did not disappoint. And it was key for a number of reasons. Connections both with familiar business owners to pick their brains and learn from from the speakers who brought relevant topics on all areas of my life, from spiritual, financial, physical wellness, business ownership. So the Tom Hill Eagle Summit still going strong and I recommend, recommend you come to the next one. Hey, I highly recommend that you come to the next Eagle Summit. We learn things about finances, spirituality, business, health, even bitcoin.
So it's just been absolutely life changing. The speakers that are here, every single one that has been on this stage, it's like you can see their soul pouring out. I'm gonna try. Well, Yolanda, Yolanda has said it all. It really was a great event. And I was so intrigued with how there were so many different types of presentations. I mean, they really, like you said, range from finance to talking about domestic violence, which I did. So. But it was everybody's passion was present and that made being here and you learned something from everybody, even if it was something that it's not a field that you work in. Good, good experiences. And then there was massage. We went, you know, we went to some great restaurants in the St. Louis area. We also went on some outings and that was enjoyable. So it's a way to just treat yourself. That was part of my motivation because I just, you know, you get in that daily grind and you just need a branch. So this was a great place to do that. And I would encourage anybody to come to the Eagle Summit.
Hello, guys. I tell you, the past two days have Been amazing at this Eagle Summit. There has been so many different speakers and the information that I've learned I'm so excited and not only to implement into my life, but in my business. And I just want to thank Dr. Tom Hill and Sandy and everybody for putting this event on. So it was amazing, awesome. I'm so excited. And I was at the edge of my seat the entire time. And each speaker gave you nuggets and things that you can implement right away. So I encourage you to definitely take advantage of the next one. Thank you.
So the Summit. This is 64Summit. I cannot find another place on earth that I can go to get this kind of quality of education and friendship and people and support. And of course the top of the chain is Tommy Hill.
That's what it is.
The leadership beginning to really working its.
Way through the transition. Because I wish Tom going to be without forever. But one day he go home. Why he need to go to see Betty and Terry.
But this summer, one of the summer, you gotta go anywhere.
Just one summer. This what the one you need to pick. But Sam, they do a beautiful job. Thank you. Thank you.
All right. Yeah. So we just finished. This is my 23rd Eagle Summit and I think maybe the best one ever. It's just so great to be around all these awesome people. The stories, the information, the message, but most importantly, the love. And I don't know that there's ever a group of people that come together like this anywhere on the planet. I'll come back for sure. What a great opportunity to honor Tom Hill's legacy.
I've been with Tom for the last 13 years and his influence has changed my life forever. And this, this summit was much the same. I walked away with a lot of great takeaways and it was good to see old friends. Some would call me a grizzled veteran of Eagle Summits.
1St 1, 1999.
Tom Hill has been an awesome person in my life and this summit was really special.
Content was off the charts. Sandy Wegatt did a wonderful job putting this together and it was really an honor for Tom and an honor to him. And I was, I wondered if I could get here because I had a lot going on. But I am so glad that I made it and I look forward to the next one. Thank you so much for having us.
It was wonderful. Great speakers, great event, great venue. It was wonderful to see Tom and everybody else and I will definitely be back.
First of all, I want to say, Sandy, what an awesome summit. I've hosted one before. It's a lot of work and you did a fantastic job. The speakers were off the chart.
To Tom.
I've been hanging out with Tom since.
2005 and he's a great man. He changed my life.
He'S changed my marriage. He's done all kinds of things for me and I love him. Hey, I'm Mickey. I've been to 64 of these. I remember years ago, Tom, Terry and Mickey were sitting at the kitchen table and we said we needed to start this. And we've been all around North America, Canada, Bahamas and Brenton has been to these summits in the years past. We're sitting here reliving some old memories and this, this is great. The minds, the collective mind is greater than the sum. Did I say that right or something? The sum is greater than the parts and we get to share afterwards. That's the real beauty of this thing, is where we go from here with who we've met and building relationships and memories.
Yeah. So this is my 20 year anniversary from meeting, being at one of these events and I've been like 5, 7.
Over the last 20 years and thankful.
That I get to come back and.
Honor Tom and so thankful the difference.
That, that he's made in my life and, and it's impacting future generations. So we're, I'm very.
Here's to another 64.
Yes, very thankful. Very, very thankful.
