Good morning everybody. Sandy Weigt with MSW Interactive Designs. And I'm here today with another marketing tip. Today I want to talk about what most people get wrong with their marketing. We all spend money on advertising to drive people to our website or to get our phone to ring. What most people get wrong is once they hit that website or make that call, they don't capture the information of the prospect. And then worse yet, if they do capture the information, then they fail to walk them through the sales funnel to drive them to the ultimate purchase or the sale of the your product or service. And worse yet is the people who do this then often forget to nurture the relationship. The important part about this is the repurchase. You nurture the relationship, you get a repeat buyer and you get a referral source for your business. That's where the profit is. So if you can think about this for your business and a way to systemize driving your prospect to the sale number one, capturing their information. And then what systematic steps do you take over time to drive them to the ultimate purchase? And then how do you nurture that relationship? Over time, you'll become more profitable in 2020. Sandy Waggett with MSW Interactive Design signing off. Have a great day.
