Good morning, everyone. Sandy Weigt here with MSW Interactive Designs. And today I'm here with another marketing tip. My tip today revolves around the question of whether or not you actually think about your customers and prospects as the human beings that they are, or if they're just commodities that you're trying to get to purchase product or service. The point is, is that we're all human beings and we all have stuff in our personal lives, and then we come to work and that's not left at the door. We make our decisions based on desires, aspirations, emotions, and solutions to problems. And this is why language of everything you do in your ads, your marketing, your website, all of it, the language matters so much. So my challenge to you is to review your language. How are you talking to your customers and prospects? And go read the words on your website. Go read the words on your brochures. Go read the words in your ads. If every single one of those words does not serve a purpose, I want you to remove those words. Remove the words and replace them with something that does serve a purpose. And think about how people are motivated to make purchasing decisions. It's to solve problems and things that they aspire to do or be. And then be very clear on your call to action. You can't assume that they know what you want them to do, so you have to be very specific and give them a reason to do it. Your words matter. You're dealing with human beings. So talk present tense, solve problems, and give aspirational language and very clear calls to action. Sandy Waggett with MSW Interactive Design signing off. Have a great day.
