Marketing Strategy Call: Effective Strategies for Online and Telehealth Marketing

Sandy and Garrett discuss marketing for Access Rejuvenation and Access Medical. Garrett wants website updates, consistent social media across more platforms, and ads to drive telehealth and in-clinic visits. Sandy proposes two packages: social media only, or a broader monthly program with retargeting, local SEO, and blog content.

All right, let's dive in then. So talk to me about what you're trying to do, what your goals are and then we can go from there.
So one of the things. So for both companies, I think you guys manage both Access Rejuvenation and Access Medical's websites. Yes, I got a couple things on both of them. One for the rejuvenation is we haven't had. I. I didn't set up with you guys. It was through Lindsey Vestal. She used to be our operations manager. She's since left and so I want to be able to get us out more into the public domain. Change our. I don't really want a whole revamp of the whole website, but more or less like changes of verbiage, changes of personnel that's on there and being able to have you guys be able to do additional ads that push out into the web on the various different platforms that, that we've spoke on. I guess there was five or six different ones or whatever. I know we don't have presence on a few of them. I know we don't have an Instagram True page, things like that and then be able to get those posts out on a weekly. Right now our clinic manager is trying to do it, but basically he's just reposting the same content in a relatively dumb fashion. Sorry for my French, but.
Oh sure. No, that's all right.
We have a lot of likes and things like that. But I want to be able to get engagement and be able to get them into the clinics and be able to reach more people if we can because we are telehealth people at every stage. But we would like trying to get some more business. So that's what my.
Through the door in addition to the telehealth. But. Okay, all right, got it. Okay. And then I'm just, I'm looking at your website just to refresh my memory. So when someone comes in, just to get. Help me understand, what do they experience when they come in? What's the difference between remote just telehealth and actually coming in the facility experiences.
Is just not a face to face. Okay. So when they come in the front door it's. You're greeted by the front desk personnel, fill out your intake forms. Then you get to meet either the nurse practitioner, discuss what your what is motivates you to come through the front door today, whether it's a weight loss or if you're a man experiencing low testosterone and you just want to be healthier. And so when they do the telehealth we schedule them an appointment that they go directly. We reach out to them with an intake form that they fill out online, and then we put them on the schedule with our nurse practitioner to do a phone call to discuss the same things that they would do in person, but via the phone. Then after that, no matter what reason they're there for, we schedule them an appointment at either a LabCorp or a Quest to do blood work. If they're in clinic, then we'll draw their blood right there at the clinic. If not, they will have that standing appointment to go there. Okay. And then within about 72 hours, we get their results and call them to schedule their blood work review. And then at that point, based off whatever program that they're there for, our nurse practitioner will let them know that they do qualify. There's no contraindications for taking a weight loss medication or testosterone. Or if there is, then we send them to their primary care to have a release, say, yes, that's okay. Or tell them that need a managed whatever that condition is prior to coming back to us. Because most clinics out there like, oh, hey, we just. You qualify because your testosterone. And they don't do a total body workup to see if there's something that may be wrong. Obviously we don't. We're not trying to endanger health. We want to promote health. But you can't really do that without having a complete CBC makeup of everything about a person.
Right, that makes sense. Okay.
If they're telehealth, then they qualify and everything goes as such. Then we ship it directly to their home. Within about five days, a couple arrives at their home. If they're in clinic, then we will just register directly out of the clinic, face to face consult.
Okay.
And then we just monitor them through the upcoming months and then over the course of the years.
Okay. All right. And then I'm just as I'm looking at your website, the services I see are weight loss, trt, cosmetic procedures, chiropractic care. So you do in office chiropractic care as well?
Periodically, yes. So Dr. Jake will come in usually once a month. He'll have a put that out, but we haven't been able to get that out there because again, our clinic manager isn't a good social media person and doesn't know the formats.
Got it.
So be able to push him a little bit more. Then we do small. We start doing small, not necessarily primary care, but if you have a cold or flu, we can help you out with that. That.
Oh, okay. All right. And I'm just going to ask a series of questions so that I can come up with a package that I think will meet what you're trying to accomplish here. Your health coach, Jerry Greer, is he still there?
Yes.
Okay. And what does he do when people come in?
He is a clinic manager and he also goes over the consult as well. After the nurse practitioner is. Gets them started, it helps do all those things. So getting them started, helping the nurse practitioner dispense and more along on the male side, if we have males that are in there getting to the bottom of any other issues that male related that aren't men don't like to discuss with our female nurse practitioner.
Yeah, that was going to be my next question. Okay, so they'll, they can actually talk to a man then?
Yep, absolutely. Yeah.
Okay. So I think that that makes a difference in the communication. I'm sure that they know that they're going to be able to talk to a guy.
Okay. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely.
Okay. All right. Yeah. I think the website, I don't, I agree. I don't think the website needs to be redone. I think we can make some improvements and changes in the language to try to drive more people actually through the door and potentially map out what that process looks like when they come in so that it's. They know what to expect. I think if you take that barrier out where they know what to expect when they walk in the door, that can make a big difference. And, and then of course, social media keeping in front of people is going to make all the difference in the world too. I was just looking. We have your Facebook thing embedded and it looks like the last post was like a month ago. Yeah, that definitely would need to be more consistent and we can definitely do that for you.
And we also want to be able to change the pictures because Edina Spence is not our nurse practitioner anymore. Her husband bcs to Hawaii. Lucky dog. We have a new nurse practitioner and then new front desk girl. So I want to get their pictures and their bios put back up there as well.
Okay.
Who.
All you need to do for that is just go ahead and email that over, give me their names, a photo of them, and a short bio that we can add to the website and I'll get those changed out. Mark does that for us. He's a full time guy that just waits for updates to come in and he takes care of them. So you, you just send that over and will take care of that. And then if you don't mind what I think I'D like to do is work up a proposal for you on this. There's a couple different ways we could go and we could just do our regular social media package, but I think I got another package that's a little bit more on a monthly basis than the social media, but it does a lot more. So I'm going to map both of those out for you and then you can decide what makes most sense based on what your budget is and what you're trying to accomplish. But the. So the social media is great, but with the program, the second program that I'm talking about, it includes like retargeting and it includes local directory stuff which will really improve the SEO. And then it also includes ongoing content added to the site where we'll add blogs and articles and things like that, which over time builds up the site into this really robust thing that number one positions you guys as the place to go, the experts in the area. And then it will help the search engine rankings for the site tremendously. So it's a longer term approach than the social media is very. I'm not going to say social media is not long term because it is two, but it's also very real time. So the posts go away, they slide down in the feed and that's where the difference is. So I'll just map all that out and you can take a look at it and then we'll just go from there.
Okay, awesome, awesome. And then on the Access medical side, do I just need to send you and Mark an update? Because we want to be able to. There's a couple quick things. We just want to be able to change our phone number for one of our locations and then remove an address, still have that location available and add a new phone number. Got doing some different things with some hard clinics and brick and mortars for the medical center.
So this isaccess medical supplies.com.
Yes.
Okay. So this one was moved away from us. I don't remember why, but we don't manage this website anymore.
I didn't.
Yeah, I don't. This was a couple years ago, I think, but it was. We really weren't sure what happened if there was like two different parties or what megaphone designs. Looks like they designed this website so any updates would need to go through them. Are you still there, Garrett? Or you're cutting out, I think.
Sorry. Back. Can you hear me, Cindy?
Yep, I can hear you.
Oh, shoot. What would I need to do to just. If I can switch that over to.
You guys to manage that, we can just transfer back. There's just a server setup fee, and we would just connect with whoever this team is and get the files, and we can just load it back up on our servers and manage it going forward. It looks like it's WordPress, so we should be able to move it without any issues. Just kind of looking at it. There's nothing on here that's really. Yeah, I don't think that this would be a challenge to move on the hosting side.
Oh, great. Okay.
Yeah, I wish I. I could probably find the email thread from way back when it happened. I do not remember who instigated that.
So I'm sure it's probably either Lindsey Vestal or Daniel Draper, one of those.
Okay, I'll see if I can find the email thread and.
Yeah, okay.
Okay. Yeah, I'll look for that and I'll forward it over to you just so you have the. Whatever that background was. And then if you want to move this, just let me know and I'll connect you with Amanda and she can expedite that process.
Gotcha. Okay. It doesn't seem like it's terribly difficult. I really appreciate you walking me through because I am not a smart guy at this stuff at all.
Oh, it's my pleasure. Yeah, no, I. I love doing this stuff and helping people strategize about how to meet the goals that they're trying to accomplish with their businesses. So my pleasure. And I'll follow up with an email.
All right, I appreciate.
Okay. You have a great rest of your day. You're okay. Okay, bye. Bye.
