Good morning everyone. Sandy Waggett here with MSW Interactive Designs. And today I am here with another marketing tip. So you find that the companies that are the most successful never do random acts of marketing. So a lot of times small businesses, when they get busy in season, they'll back off on their marketing because they don't need new business. Or so they say. But marketing is really for the long term. It's not for your busy seasons, it's for your slow seasons. And random acts of marketing, when things get slow, tend not to work. So when you're thinking of your marketing, I want you to think in terms of a marketing infrastructure. When you think infrastructure, you think foundation. It's not just a single ad, it's something very solid and consistent. So your marketing infrastructure is going to consist of assets that you use repeatedly and consistently. This would be things like a lead capture mechanism on your website, a nurturing funnel, a sales funnel. These are email sequences, newsletter articles, blogs, reviews are a very strong asset for your marketing. As well as videos like this that you can send customers to. Print, radio, TV ads, handwritten thank you notes to your existing customers or to prospects thanking them for taking the time to meet with you. As well as text message marketing. In other words, it's not just a single tactic, it is a marketing infrastructure. You're not doing random acts of marketing, not one off ads, not one off posts, not all sales posts. You're building an asset of knowledge around your business. You've got to think of the best marketing being all about repetition and consistency. Essentially it is an exercise in memorization. Not for you, but for your prospects and your customers. So repetition and consistency. That's my tip for today. Build your marketing infrastructure. Sandy Waggett with MSW Interactive Designs we put the web to work for you. Have a great day.
