Good morning everyone. Sandy Waggett here with MSW Interactive Designs. And today I come with another marketing tip.
And we're still talking of course about marketing during crisis. I just got off a video call.
Meeting with my team and we talked.
A little bit about how we can advise clients. And so I thought maybe I would make a video and offer some of the advice that my team and I talked about. So anytime that you've got a unique circumstance, like in this case, like the coronavirus, it does provide opportunities for special offers and creativity in your product and service offering.
So what I would challenge you to do, if people are scaling back and.
You have a service offering where you go to people's houses and they don't necessarily want people in their houses right now, how might you change your product or service offering to maybe pre sell those services for once we get past this because this is a temporary situation. So maybe if you're a photographer, you sell a family.
Photo shoot and with that if you pre purchase it, you get two free prints. Or if you own a hair nail salon, maybe you bundle a package pre purchase of three cut and styles.
And if you pre purchase those, you.
Will also get a free product of your choice worth up to X amount of dollars, you know.
So how can you bundle your products.
And services to attract maybe a pre purchase doesn't have to be a discount, it could be a value added situation to incentivize people.
And then you use your social media.
Your email list, maybe some pay per click or remarketing to get the word out about that product and service and generate some cash flow for your business.
When people are scaling back and when.
The economy contracts, people are still purchasing but they're looking for ways to save money. So if you get a little creativity.
Going about your business and how you.
Can bundle products and service offerings for consumption in the future with a pre purchase now you can generate cash flow for your business.
So use your social media, use your.
Newsletter list, your email list, use retargeting and just a little creativity could go a long way during this crisis.
So I hope this tip helps. Sandy Waggett with MSW Interactive Designs.
