In this solo motivational talk, Maxime Warnault argues that unconscious limiting beliefs are the primary obstacle to success in business, relationships, and personal life. He emphasizes the importance of taking 100% responsibility for one’s outcomes, reflecting on past failures, and recognizing hidden self‑sabotaging beliefs that operate beneath conscious awareness. Citing Jim Rohn’s advice to work on yourself more than you work at your job, Warnault stresses that personal development—specifically uncovering and reprogramming these unconscious beliefs—is essential for taking decisive action and achieving the results you desire.

So when I look at times where I failed in my life, in my business, in my relationship, and unconsciously I think that is the biggest thing that is preventing us from having everything we want, is because we are limiting ourselves and what we believe we can have, what we believe we can do, what we believe we can be. And I've been doing some reflection recently, and I always take 100% responsibility for everything. And I think that helps as well with like any area of your life to learn from these mistakes. And sometimes, like when you're in the moment, you don't realize that you have this unconscious belief that is sabotaging the thing that you want. And if you're not working on that thing, you're never going to be able to have the success that you want, whether that's in your life, in your relationships, in your business. So Jim Rohn said, you need to work on yourself more than you work in your job. And I think that applies for life. I think that applies for relationship, and you need to work on it to make it work. If you think that everything is going to come easy to you, it's not. So Work on yourself, work for the things that you want, and I think the biggest work that you can do is really like work on the unconscious beliefs that are preventing you from taking the action, doing the thing, and being the person you want to be.
