And that gap, the things that you know you should be doing and the things that you're not doing, if you can close that gap, you're probably going to get a lot closer to the things that you want. And what most people are doing is widening the gap. They're learning about more stuff that they should be doing, and they're not even— they haven't even quite figured out how to do the stuff they learned 5 years ago. And that creates— that gap creates anxiety. So what I love is talking to— I don't care what industry it's in, don't care the demographic. We got this gap. This is what I know I should be doing. And this is what I'm actually doing. And can we just systematically close that gap? And if you can close that gap, anxiety goes down, the feeling of powerlessness goes down, and now we have control. May not be where you want to be, but at least you have a feedback loop that can help inform you as to how to move forward.
