A high implementer argues that progress requires concrete action, not planning. Post on Substack for ten days to generate real data instead of speculating about what might work. You can't know the outcomes until you actually try.

So I'm high quick start, I'm high implementer, and I just do stuff. And I used to get really frustrated that other people wouldn't just do stuff. If I post 10 days in a row on Substack, what's going to happen? It's like, I don't know, go post 10 days in a row and then we'll know. We don't have to guess. And so it's that block that a year later it's like, hey, did you ever post those 10 Substack posts? It's like, well, no, because I don't know what's going to happen. Well, you can't know what's going to happen until you do it. It's just this— it's been this constant thousands and thousands of conversations of trying to figure out how do we get people to take that first step, because it's that very first step that's going to give you the data you need to take the next step.
