Chapters

Oftentimes we will look to the guru who's got this crash diet program or this secret formula for increasing revenue. And we say, okay, well, it worked for that person. And what we don't realize is it worked for that person and we're not that person. And it worked for that person in the past and it's not the past. We have to find what works for us and what works for us now. And that means we have to collect our own data and we have to try and test these things in the field, in real life. Let our metrics and our methods come into contact with reality so that we can get clarity. And earn confidence in our ability to do that.
