Progress Multiplier. At the end of every day, I go through a checklist. Here's where I am, here's where I want to be. And what did I— the first thing is, what did I need to get done that I got done today? Give yourself some credit and a pat on the back for getting something done that needed to get done. Second question: what's something that needs to get done but I'm not sure how? Write that down, because there you've identified a skill you need to develop, task you need to outsource. Or the third thing: I'm not sure if I should do this do it now. So sometimes we, we think that we need to do things that actually don't need to be done or don't need to be done now. And so we want to write those things down and put them aside, because what we want to do is again develop this daily discipline of taking one micro step into the possibility that we imagine for ourselves.
