In this short instructional video, Encore Life Coach Scott Perry addresses mid‑life professionals who want to run a part‑time coaching business but struggle to consistently fill their programs and hit monthly revenue targets. He offers a free "Coaching Business Prescription" quick‑start guide in exchange for a comment, and walks viewers through the three essential components of a compelling coaching offer: (1) a clear call‑out that identifies exactly who the service is for, (2) a concise statement of the client’s primary desire or problem the coach will solve, and (3) a measurable promise of the result the client will achieve. Perry explains that lack of clarity in any of these elements is the main reason offers fail to attract the right audience, emphasizing the need for specificity over vague descriptors. He stresses that the promised outcome must be quantifiable so both coach and client can recognize when the goal is met. The video concludes with a strong call‑to‑action, inviting viewers to comment "I’m ready" to receive the full guide without providing an email, positioning the offer as a thank‑you for the viewer’s time and attention.

Over the last 6 years, I've helped hundreds of clients build a fulfilling part-time coaching business in midlife that helps fund their retirement while they make a difference. Let's look at what's broken, missing, or needs work with your coaching offer that's preventing you from consistently filling your programs and reaching your monthly revenue goal. And remember, watch to the end to get the free Coaching Business Prescription Quick Start Guide without giving up your email. In fact, let's go inside the guide to see what the 3 elements of a powerful coaching offer are. So here we are inside the Quick Start Guide, the Coaching Business Prescription. This is the guide that I'll give you without asking you for your email address if you just simply leave a comment down below this video. So let's go to the offer section and talk about what are the elements of a powerful coaching offer. Your coaching offer has to be able to, to do this in one sentence. What are your coaching offers? Headline— who it's for and what they want— and promise of value— the result you help them achieve. And I have broken this down into, uh, 3 basic elements that we're going to go to right here. So the 3 elements of a powerful coaching offer. The first is a clear call-out for who it's for—those you specifically serve. The second, a clear statement of what they want. That's the client's desire that you fulfill. And then finally, clear articulation of your promise—the result they will get from you, from your offer. So what most often keeps your offer from connecting with an audience who who would benefit from it is lack of clarity and specificity about any and often all of these elements. No one wakes up in the morning and says, "You know what I need? I need help with," insert whatever ambiguous coaching offer you're currently using here. "I think I'll find a coach to help me with that." That just doesn't happen. Citing a broad identifier doesn't capture your ideal client's attention. How do they describe themselves? Clarity, confidence, growth mindset, transformation, etc. These are side effects of any good coaching program. Listing any of these in your offer is unnecessary. What is your ideal client's primary problem or pain point? What's their deepest aspiration or desire? The result you promise must be measurable. You and your client should know when you've achieved the result they hired you to achieve. So there you go. Now you have a prescription for what's missing, needs fixing, or needs work with your coaching offer. Want to do the same with your audience and sales strategy?
