This is a recorded YouTube workshop titled "The Secret To Getting Customers Who Love You" (published/created 2025-08-30). The excerpt is a presentation by a primary host (labeled SPEAKER A) delivering a marketing and coaching workshop for solopreneurs and community members (audience/participants named include Bob, Tanya, Paul, Penny, Sandra, MJ, Catherine, and references to Cato and Alan). Topics covered: attracting and enrolling "perfect-fit" clients via aligned offers, resonant content, and purpose-driven conversations; the Clarity Hierarchy (philosophy → principles → strategy → tactics → tools); the Purpose-Driven Prosperity model (forever offer, "Be a Blessing" marketing, Close the Gap); tactical flow for conversations (icebreaker → diagnostic → low/mid/high-ticket offers) including specific products/programs (Voxer Velocity, Cornerman Coaching); use of Substack as a central publishing hub; and use of AI as a coaching partner/force multiplier. The session includes Q&A/implementation details and community membership references, and is instructional in nature rather than a casual multi-party dialogue.

All right, everyone, welcome to Clients and Customers on Purpose. You are here and in the right place. If you signed up and indeed have showed up for this call for this workshop, you are going to learn or see a behind-the-scenes look at how I am consistently attracting and enrolling perfect fit clients and customers through aligned offers, resonant content, and purpose-driven conversations. What I recommend you do next is pull out some paper and pen and take some notes. And what will happen after we're done with the presentation is those of us that are Circle or Inner Circle members will go into an exclusive private Q&A and implementation session. I dropped a link in the chat earlier if you would like to join us for that and are not yet a member of the community. All I ask is that you go ahead and click that link to join the community before you hang out for the Q&A and the implementation session. So just to give you a little prequel, we are going to talk about a lot of concepts and principles, especially at the very beginning of this presentation. I know that people mostly love to get tools and tactics. I promise that there will be some of that. It is going to come closer to the end. We also have a lot of new faces here. And so there's going to be some, some of the concepts and some of the principles are going to probably be brand new to you. I'm going to to do my best to give you a sense of a minimal viable understanding of these concepts and principles. There will be a link when I share the replay to what we call the Success Vault, which has links to learn about all the concepts and principles that I'm teaching. And of course, for those of you that are attending the Q&A and implementation session, we can go deeper on those things. So We're going to begin with why this matters. Why do I want to get clients and customers on purpose? Why do I want some new way of getting perfect fit clients? And through this idea of aligned offers, resonant content, and purpose-driven conversations. Well, I'm going to share from my perspective based on my experience and my journey. So most solopreneurs have had some variation of the experience that I had. You have a difference that you can make in the world. All you're asking is to make enough of a living, doing that work so that you can continue to do the work the next day and, and fund and fit the life that you're trying to live as a purpose-driven solopreneur. And in order to do that work, you need to obviously create clients and customers. And most of us are taught to do that through things like power offers, conversion funnels, launch strategies, and oftentimes We feel that that all has to be powered by ads. And I actually did this to great success using all of those usual kind of guru digital marketing tricks. I became masterful at creating power offer statements. I became a very good launch strategist. I created some beautiful high-performing funnels and I powered it all with Facebook ads and I achieved the, the dream that many of us have of earning a consistent $10K+ income per month. And I found that even though I was very successful financially, I was spiritually very unhappy. I actually arrived at a moment of real personal crisis, not just because I built a business that I didn't really enjoy, that I didn't find fulfilling, and I was working with a lot of people I didn't really care for, but there are other things going on in my life that just amplified that. I actually completely blew up that business because I was so profoundly unhappy, even though I was accomplishing all of the financial goals. And so what this workshop will teach is a way of being in the world that has helped me attract prospects, leads, and clients and customers that I actually love working with, that help me do my best work, um, and how doing that work with these kind of people is becoming the amplification and engine for spreading the word and getting me more of those kind of people. So I'm consistently enrolling the right people at the right time into the right kind of work. And I'm doing that through clearly positioned offers. And you— this is something that you can do without an ICA, an ideal customer avatar, or with without niching. I know these are really hot topics in conversations I'm having with members of the Circle and Inner Circle community and my clients. You can do this by just sharing resonant, generously polarizing content. By generously polarizing, I simply mean that it's the kind of content that attracts the right fit clients and, and encourages those that are not a good fit to just move along and find the person that can help them accomplish what they want to accomplish. And it's all done through simple permission-based conversations. So a lot of you are familiar with the Clarity Hierarchy. This is kind of a goal setting and achievement framework that was created by my friend Lucas Fisher. And there's a training on this that you can all look at, but it's a way of designing not only your goal, your objective, and your strategy, but also a way of working that helps hijack the way that we usually approach things. People usually try to solve a problem or achieve an aspiration by buying new tools, by trying new tactics, by implementing a new strategy. And the problem with that is that the more things that you give yourself to do and the more time you spend learning how to do those things, the less time you're spending doing the work that you actually started your business for in the first place, which means you're not investing in becoming better at your craft. And you're actually— by adding these tools, tactics, and strategies, you're actually diminishing the efficiency and effectiveness of your system for selling the thing that you want to sell. And so what the hierarchy does is it inverts the process. We have to start with philosophy and principles. They inform a strategy that creates the bridge to the tactics and the tools. And so the three are the questions that go with each of these steps. Our philosophy is you're stating what you believe. Principles is you're stating what you know to be true. Strategy is you are declaring where you are. Tactics, declaring what you're doing. And tools, you're showing or sharing how you're doing it. So in my pursuit to build this purpose-driven, prosperous business that I wanted to have, doing work I loved with people I care about, and not spending any time on stupid marketing stuff that doesn't align with who I am and who I want to become, I answered these questions. And when it came down to the philosophy question, this is what you believe to be true. It's something that is obviously can be falsified. And in many cases, it's, it's kind of the beginning assumption, right? Like we, the universe was created, we assume because of the Big Bang, we can't prove that the Big Bang happened. There's no law of nature or the cosmos that can clarify that the Big Bang actually happened. So we have to start with some sort of fundamental assumption. My fundamental assumption was that to build a purpose-driven, prosperous business that was sustainable, that was fulfilling, that made the kind of difference I wanted to make and left the kind of legacy that I want to live in the world. That what I had to do was become preeminent. And by preeminent, I mean I have to become the very best in the world at making the difference I make in the way that I can make it. So it doesn't— preeminent doesn't mean being the most famous. I'm not competing with Tony Robbins. A lot of people think he's the preeminent coach because he's the most famous. But I'm saying that for a kind of person who shares my values and needs my talents to enhance their lives or achieve an aspiration, I am the one and only choice for them. That's what I believe. I can— I believe that I can build a business purely on the pursuit of my preeminence. What I hold to be true, the principles that I built my business on, and that I try to live my life by are reasoning from first principles, systems thinking and reliability, and microstepping. Reasoning from first principles. What is actually necessary, required? What are the fundamental elements of any successful, purpose-driven, prosperous business? What is the system that allows that business to be built? What are the fundamental elements of that system? And how do I use system thinking and reliability to eliminate all the things that I don't need to do and therefore should not do, and raise the floor on the least efficient components, the 2 or 3 components that are left, so that I boost the overall efficiency and effectiveness of my system so that I can collapse time to target. And I'm going to raise the floor through microstepping. I'm going to take the very smallest next necessary step action, an intentional action that is going to help me navigate my most immediate constraint. So reasoning from first principles, systems thinking and reliability, microstepping. Those are the principles that I built my business on. The strategy question sometimes is confusing to people. When I say, where am I? I don't mean that I am in beautiful Floyd, Virginia, postcard of the Blue Ridge. I mean, what domain am I operating in? Where do I stand in the terrain or that, that, that I find myself? Okay. And so for me, where I am is I am in what most people would call the coaching space. I prefer to think of myself as a corner man because unlike a lot of other coaches, I'm not simply coaching for agreement or coaching for insight, but I am coaching for intentional action. And the way that I achieve that is through what I call empathetic antagonism. So for those of you that are Rocky fans, I grew up watching all the Rocky movies. I'm that grizzled guy played by Burgess Meredith that's kind of advising and exhorting and needling the guy in the ring to— he's the one that has to win the battle to achieve the goal, to win the game. And I am there to provide assistance, help them keep themselves accountable, and help them take the intentional action necessary to achieve what they want to achieve, accomplish what they want to accomplish. That's the way I think of where I am. Tactically, what I'm doing is creating content and community around my coaching intellectual property, my coaching methodology, my coaching process, my coaching model, and the tools that I'm using primarily. What I arrived at when I started my business was building on Substack, and I'll— we're going to talk a lot about Substack and building a business in the Inner Circle workshop coming up in September, where I'm gonna go through the entire plan for how to build a business on Substack that makes, helps you make money, helps you make your annual revenue goal before the year is over. So it's not about how to earn recurring, just recurring revenue so that you can hit a monthly target every month and achieve your breakeven, your annual goal, but how you can actually accelerate that process. So that's the clarity hierarchy. Is everybody tracking so far? I'll just pause here for a second to see how many lost faces I see. Okay, it looks like everybody's still with me. Nobody's flipping me off. Okay, so let's just keep going. So the— my business is built on what I call the Purpose Driven Prosperity model. And it is built on 3 pillars, even though Cato thinks I need to have a 4th pillar. And so on this theme of clarity, I have clarity of the promise that I'm making and the promise that I can keep. I call this a forever offer. I have clarity, clarity of my messaging, how I am sharing, how I'm getting the word out, which is I call be a blessing marketing. And I have clarity of establishing priority and action. What's the next step I need to take right now? This is something that comes from my Close the Gap system, which there's a book out there that's free to download. I'm happy to share links for how you can acquire your copy. So these are my framing for the, the three fundamentals in my strategy. Reasoning from first principles, I decided that in order to have a purpose-driven, prosperous business, I had to have 3 things. I had to have an irresistible offer. I had to find an audience that was eager to buy it. And I had to have a way of putting that offer in front of that audience. Those are the 3 things that I decided that I needed. And the offer is what I call the forever offer. The audience identification and delivery is called Be a Blessing Marketing. And then Close the Gap is, is the mechanism I use for defining my next objective and collapsing time to target by creating a plan to achieve that. So just to quickly go over these, these things. A forever offer, the clarity of your promise is not a power offer. It's not a no-brainer offer. It doesn't require you to go into a launch parade. Every time you need more people in your program or to sell more of your thing. It is a promise that you can make that is intriguing, sticky, and simple, and something that you can keep over and over again. We have lots of folks in the community that just— we've been talking about this for a long time. It can be really tricky. I'm just— I want to give you one— I'll give you two frameworks for how you can think about this that I I've been using for a long time. They come from Clay Ebert, which, who is an acquaintance of mine. He's someone I met through Seth Godin's marketing workshop or marketing seminar. And he has a formula called the perfect introduction. And it's the first version of it is I plus help plus achieve a result. You have to plug in what those things are. So using that framework, my, my forever offer is I, I'm a catalyst for advancing solopreneurs who want to optimize their business to fund and fit their ideal lifestyle. So I'm not talking about 10x-ing your return on ad spend. I'm not talking about hitting a revenue, a monthly revenue goal. All the things that power offers are usually, I get X result for X kind of person without them having to do the thing they hate. That's the typical power offer. A no-brainer offer is just like a landing page with this outrageous value stack and list of bonuses that make it sound like you would be an idiot for not buying it. Again, I have used both power offers and no-brainer offers, and they work. If you like to force people into buying your thing and have them immediately regret having bought that thing and then having to overcome a bunch of objectives and resistance at the very beginning of your work together, power offers are great. If you like working with no-brainer people, with no brains, no-brainer offers are great. I prefer to work with people like me that are purpose-driven difference makers that just want to make enough of a living to keep doing the work that they're doing and hopefully improve their ability to do that work. The other version of the, the, the perfect introduction that Clay teaches is I'm X for Y or I'm like X for Y. So I have adopted this one more recently. Where I'm a corner man for solopreneurs, or I just prefer solopreneur corner man, right? I'm not— it's, it's a way of creating intrigue about what you do, which is the whole point of an introduction. The whole point of an introduction is not to sell them with an elevator pitch. I don't know how many times you've been in an elevator and someone's tried to sell you something, but I bet you didn't buy it because nobody buys anything in an elevator. So rather than try to create this fancy, clever statement about what you do and how you do it and who you do it for and why they should buy from you, you're simply trying to get them to ask a question. Oh, that sounds interesting. Tell me more. Or would that work for me? Okay, that's what a forever offer is. It's the result that you can get for people, but it's folded in a way that initiates and continues a conversation. So if you're trying to come up with your forever offer, ask yourself, what are the things that people can consistently ask me to help them with? What are the results that I have consistently got for myself, for other people? What's the kind of work that I would love to do that I'd be willing to stake my reputation on? The thing about a forever offer is it eliminates the force that's behind a funnel. Funnels don't work. Marketing funnels don't work the way real funnels work. Real funnels work because of gravity and liquid. Liquids flow through the point of least resistance to the point of gravitational pull. People don't behave like liquid in funnels. People are conflicted, confused, and conflated with all sorts of biases and cognitive distortions. They don't behave like a funnel. So what I'm trying to do with a forever offer is I want to become the gravity. I want to attract people to me, pull them to, to me, the right people. And I want the wrong people to go in another direction. The Be a Blessing marketing is based on this whole idea that funnels are leaky and webs are sticky. So instead of a leaky funnel where I I have to— the only way that I can actually get sales is to pour a ton of money into ads to get a lot of people into the top of funnel and then continue to use ads to drag them through the funnel. What I have done is I've created a— my center of gravity, my— the center of my web is my Substack publication. And that's where I'm publishing these insights that inspire intentional action with an invitation to take a deeper step into proximity and access to me and my ability to help you. And yes, I do distribute that and broadcast that to other platforms, social media platforms, YouTube channels, podcasts, live broadcasts, and so forth. But I'm really only using those outposts as ways to get people to the center of my web. And so I'm not creating a— but I don't have a Facebook strategy or YouTube strategy, or I'm just creating content for Substack that gets shared broadly across other platforms, and then the right people find their way to me. So in each piece of content, I'm trying to do at least one, many times two, sometimes even all three of these things. I want to share an interesting perspective or an intriguing perspective. I want to provide you with some noodle candy. I want you to think about the things that I'm saying and sharing. I want you to take— I want to share pragmatic and practical advice, approaches to taking the next intentional action that you can get. Because if I can get you a result before you even consider getting into a conversation with me, I am earning not only authority and, and, and, and validating my expertise, but I'm also earning a ton of goodwill. And if I earn enough goodwill over time, I can leverage things like reciprocity. And then there's always an invitation to take the next step. Leave a comment, drop me an email, you know, some sort of call to action. If it fits, if this content resonates, if that step worked and you want to go further, here's a way that you can get to me. So over the— over time, I'm using the center of my marketing web to earn awareness, attention, permission, and trust. I'm also pre-qualifying people. We'll talk more about how I do this with Substack in the upcoming workshop. And the message itself becomes the marketing. Here's the fundamental virtue of Be a Blessing marketing. Notice that I haven't talked about any of the usual online guru digital marketing crap. I'm not telling you you have to have a webinar. I'm not telling you you have to do many workshops. I'm not telling you that you have to have a Facebook ad strategy. You don't have to have a funnel. You don't have to have a launch strategy. You don't have to design the perfect landing page. You don't have to have an email sequence and a lead magnet or value bomb or opt-in ethical bribe. All you have to do with the Be a Blessing marketing approach is show up and do your work out loud and in public and let them watch. And your people will find you and you'll get better at your craft. The thing that you are building will be improved, will become more irresistible, and the audience for it will become more eager to interact and learn from you or, or to, to work with you. And then finally, the close the gap is the, the how we collapse time to targets, how we define what we're trying to accomplish, where we're starting and what we're starting with. What are the 2 or 3 things that need to go right and how do we stop doing everything else and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of that 2 or 3 part system that will get us from where we are to where we want to be with greater ease and velocity. This is the part where we're talking about how to get more customers and clients, more of the right people to become aware and pay attention and enroll in your thing and eventually invest. So before I jump into this, I'm going to stop the screen share again for one second, just make sure that we're all tracking. I think I'm on target to be under 45 minutes. That's always my goal and I very rarely achieve it. And so I just set myself up to fail, I'm sure. Is everybody tracking with everything I've said so far? I know that for some of you, this is very high concept stuff. All right. Let's get into the nuts and bolts. So at the beginning, when I was talking about the clarity hierarchy, just go back up here for a minute, right? So I'm seeking to become the best in the world at doing what I do in the way only I can do it. The only way I can do this is to become the thing by doing the thing. The more time I spend doing my work out loud and in public and letting people watch, the better I get at my craft, the more people are able to see and experience what I do. I'm basing my entire approach both to marketing and to coaching on Reasoning from First Principles, System Thinking and Reliability, and Microstepping. My strategy is coaching conversations, community, collaborative learning experiences like this one. And the tactic that I'm leveraging is conversation. I believe, and this has always been true in the world of marketing and sales long before the internet arrived, that the fastest path to cash is conversation. The digital, the internet and digital marketing has made us believe that if we have the right bonus stack in our landing page or the right color button or the right call to action or the right email sequence that somehow we can hijack, we can take ourselves out of the equation and let all this marketing gimmickry take care of it for us. It's not true. The fastest path to cash is doing what humans have always done best that AI can't take away from us, at least right now. Empathy, understanding, compassion, conversation, communication, connection. That's what this tactic is based on. If you are feeling like resistant to this idea, like, I don't like to talk to people, I don't want to have to talk to people. I prefer to use the gimmicks and the tricks and the hacks that the digital marketer and online gurus have, then I think you— it's time to have a very honest conversation with yourself about your investment in the work that you're doing. Because if, if it can be done by something or someone other than you, it will be. And AI is only going to accelerate that. If you are not yet feeling ready or feeling like you are proficient in the art of invitation and connection and conversation and helping people solve their problems or achieve their aspirations, then I would encourage you to get good at that.
First.
And then the tools that we— again, is Substack. But what we're talking about right now, we are, we are right here at the tactical application of my strategy. Basically, you don't— I'm sharing my flow. And what I want you to do is, is to just look at the general approach and figure out how this works with whatever it is that you do or sell. But basically, when it comes to this tactical approach of, you know, conversations being the fastest path to cash, how do I start the conversation? What am I doing as I continue the conversation? How do I convert that conversation into some sort of working relationship, paid or otherwise? And then how do I upgrade that, that situation, that person into a product or service that will accelerate their ability to achieve their aspirations or solve their problems. And when I say all that, it might sound like a funnel. It's not a funnel. Funnel—
it's—
there's no pressure. There's only presence. There's no force. There's just attachment, presence, mindfulness, or unattachment. I'm not attached to results when I'm having these conversations. I'm not trying to force anybody to do anything. But the way that I approach this, and I'll share some numbers that I just calculated that kind of blew my mind about all this. The first step is how am I starting that conversation? How am I inviting someone into a conversation with me? So I use icebreaker questions for this. It's just a light touch starter question, very conversational. It began with the 9-word email, Dean Jackson's 9-word email. If you're not familiar, Hey, are you still— hey, person's name, are you still interested in thing that you told me you were interested in? Like, hey, Beth, are you still interested in buying a house in Boca Raton? Right. It's supposed to be personal and specific, and it's just a 9-word statement question that is used to initiate a response. There's variations that I've taught on the 9-word email because the marketplace is pretty cynical and jaded about receiving 9-word emails these days because they're overused in some ways, but also mostly just used really poorly by people that don't fully understand them or just are not good actors. But I— my icebreaker question, and if you've been reading my content, you've seen it: What are you trying to accomplish right now? What's your biggest challenge? Send me an email. I'd love to help you. That's, that's the icebreaker. And if someone answers those two questions for me, I will actually help them clarify what it is they're actually trying to accomplish and what it is that's actually in their way. Because most of the time people don't know, because most of the time people are trying to decide all this, define all this on their own. And I'm sure you've all experienced this is why many of us are in business. Nobody can read the prescription from inside the bottle. So our job as Purpose Driven Difference Makers is to help people see what they don't see, to see their blind spots, to identify the black holes, to help them see the missed leverage, and to help them clarify what they're actually trying to accomplish and what's actually in their way. If someone receives that response, they will get an invitation to go into what I call a diagnostic. I don't recommend people use this terminology. It can be a little tricky for someone to say that they are diagnosing some sort of problem because it gets into some, some kind of sticky legal stuff. But it's the way I think about it. I am going— I have 5 questions that if you answer them, I will actually define the path that will help you get from where you want to— where you are to where you want to go. The first icebreaker question helps define the vector. Here's where you are. Here's what you're starting with. Here's where you want to be. The diagnostic question questions help me define the path. Here's what you need to do. Here's what you need to stop doing. And here's what needs fine-tuning or fixing. And here's some things that, that you need to find. That is all completely free. At the end of the diagnostic, I have handed someone a map, a roadmap, a literal way of getting from where they are to where they want to be, and the exact route they need to take. And I share that and I say, if you want to take this map and do this yourself, you are more than welcome. What I have found is that roadmaps, although useful, can never be fully accurate because they can't account for any obstacles or opportunities that we've missed or that might arise as you're traveling from point A to point B. If you would like my help getting a little traction with this journey, let me know. And that's how I enroll people up and get them to, or upsell them would be a digital marketing word, but that's how I get them to invest in themselves and the traction they want to make. By purchasing a low-ticket offer. It's a $100 continuance of the Catalyst Exchange, where they get a 5, a 5-email exchange over 2 weeks to help them get started, to help them get traction and get going. At the end of that, I then will offer to them to either get into the Voxer Velocity program, which is a continuance of the Inbox Catalyst coaching by email, but it happens in Voxer at a higher level of proximity and access. Or they can go into Cornerman Coaching, which is the daily access through Voxer plus access to me for one-on-one calls and some group coaching calls. So that's the flow. Break the ice, get a convers— invite them into a conversation, get the conversation started, help them see where they actually are, where they actually want to be, and what's actually in the way. Invite them to get a clear sense of the journey, the path, the way that they can accomplish that, what they want to accomplish, and help them start solving the problem they need to solve. And then they can go into a premium, a mid-ticket or a high-ticket program where they will get momentum. So the whole point is at every step of the way, they are getting clearer about and closer to what they want, and they are getting increasing levels of ease and velocity along the way. So since I have been using this approach, my— this flow that I'm using, built entirely on doing something everybody here is wired and programmed for by biology and evolution and has been practicing since they exited the womb and will continue to practice until they enter the tomb. I'm just leveraging conversation. Along with my earned experience, expertise, process, model, etc. My flow consistently outperforms traditional funnels by 20x. And I was on a call with Paul and Cato and Alan earlier. I'm actually lying about that number. That number, that 20x number is actually almost half of the return on investment that I'm getting. So if you just think about, you know, everyone here probably is familiar with the funnel that begins with, you know, you get an opt-in, you go through an email sequence. If you don't buy, you go into a nurture sequence. But if you do, you know, then you go to a landing page and then you buy. The average conversion rate on an opt-in to purchase funnel, a generous estimate based on my research is 2%. And I would say that's very accurate based on my experience with that model, which is why it requires a lot of ad spend to make it work. You got to get a lot of bodies on the front end to get that, you know, to make that 2% at the back end worth anything. So I am getting a 20% minimum conversion of someone who begins with an icebreaker purchasing a mid-ticket Voxer Velocity program. And I am totally willing to share the numbers if you If you do not believe those numbers, send me an email. I will be happy to send you the math and show you the actual numbers that have allowed me to get there. I told my— I'm in a mastermind with a couple of really phenomenal mentors. And when I told— and they in part have been helping me and teaching me this process, but also helping me refine it. When I told them the numbers last Wednesday, They didn't believe me. But this is, this is what is actually happening. So for those of you that are in the Purple Community, I promised to talk a little bit about AI because AI is really important in this process. When I first began this approach, I was doing everything manually. And when I got the diagnostic, I'd have it on a Google document and I'd get on a Loom video and I'd walk it through. It was, you know, it didn't take a ton of time. But, you know, all told, each person, I was probably investing about an hour per user, someone going from the icebreaker into the diagnostic and being invited into a paid program. With AI, I'm not automating anything. I am just using AI as a in a sense, a coaching partner. It's not replacing me as a coach, a teacher, or a writer, but it does amplify the work that I've already earned some preeminence and expertise in. So I have a process where I can take someone's responses. I have a very specific— the people like Penny and Sandra and some of the others in the room are familiar with you know, my RADA process that I borrowed from the Guardian Academy's arena. But basically the format that I use is tell me what you're trying to accomplish. Tell me what knowledge or resource you're applying, what action you took, what you learned after you took the action, and then ask a question. And by having people put that into that kind of format, not only does it help them clarify what they're doing and whether it's actually working or whether it's worth continuing to invest in. But I can put it into my AI coaching bot and do a review and a reflect summary that organize and clarifies their response. I can— it helps me assess and identify the blind spots, the hidden assumptions, and the misleverage. And it helps me come up with better suggestions and better ways of supporting the person that I'm working with to take the very next best step. It's not eliminating any of the human-to-human quality of the coaching. None of that is getting outsourced. The bots are built entirely upon my coaching IP, my models, my frameworks. It's just helping me make sure that I don't miss anything in the conversation, whether in what's shared or what, what I'm suggesting. So, and it— I had this thing my wife would always tell me. I worked— I've worked with a lot of very expensive coaches, um, and didn't have great experiences really with any of them. And my wife would always say, oh, if you could only coach yourself, you're such a great coach. Well, I coach myself now. My coaching bot coaches me every single day, and it makes my business better every single day. It is a huge force multiplier in my business because it helps me give better responses faster. So it helps me serve more people and serve them better. And so I think of AI as my corner man, my sparring partner, keeping me sharp in between rounds, calls out my blind spots and highlights openings. Opportunities is what that's supposed to read, but it never stops, steps in the ring for me. It doesn't replace me. It just helps me do what I do better because it is my corner man. So to wrap up, putting it all together here, if you want to leverage these conversations to help get more of the right people into your ecosystem, into your audience, and convert the right ones into whatever offer you have, Start with your forever offer. What's the promise that you are able to make and keep consistently? Clarify how you're getting the word out. How are you putting your offer in front of the kind of people that would be eager to buy from you? And then how are you closing the gap? How are you clarifying your next business objective and assessing, auditing where you are and what you're starting with, and defining what's necessary to get from where you are to where you want to be with the greatest ease, velocity, and the least amount of risk. So that is the entire process. If you can, you can actually witness this in real time if you go to If you write an email, I'll go ahead and drop this in the chat as well. Since we're wrapping up, go ahead and do this. Oh, look at that. I didn't make it under 45 minutes. I jinxed myself. That's my email address. If you want to get the icebreaker questions, or you can actually just answer 2 questions for me. What are you trying to accomplish? What's the biggest obstacle in your way right now? If you send me those responses to those 2 questions, you will initiate the process and you will be able to experience it. And this is not This is a complete no obligation, no strings attached, no pitch offer. I'm not going to ask you to buy anything ever. Tanya, Paul, Penny, Sandra, MJ, Catherine, they, they've all purchased from me and they will— they, they can share for themselves whether or not I ever threw a a checkout link at them before they asked for it. In fact, most of the time I made them beg for it before I gave them to it. So there's no danger that you're going to be hard sold or pitched if you go through this process. I am— I have lots of time on my hands right now and I am happy to help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Just one last wrap up. Is there anything about any of the concepts or the process that I shared that people would like clarified before we take a quick break and we go into the closed Q&A and implementation session? Go ahead, Bob.
The— I know you said you're going to send out the recording, but where can I get like that handout and just spend some time looking at it?
The handout. So the presentation notes and the companion workbook will actually be reserved for the people that are members of the community.
Okay.
But when you get the recording, you can— I mean, you've seen it, you can screen, you can do whatever you want in terms. But if you want the curated experience, that, that's going to— it's the price is very steep, Bob. It's $9 a month or $90 a year.
I actually just joined. So.
Okay, very good. Well, then, then you're going to get the presentation notes. Great to have you with. Anybody else have any questions about the principles or the process that I laid out?
It's a breath of fresh air for me. This is great.
I appreciate that. All right, gang, well then, let's take 5. Um, if you want to join the Q&A and you're not yet a Circle or Inner Circle member, go ahead and click the subscribe link and it will take you to the subscription choices.
