Before jumping to Substack, audit the tools you already use. Most creators spread themselves thin across too many platforms. Pick the ones that actually return value for your time and money.
when I put this event out there to see what the interest level was, I led with to Substack or not to Substack. And I would just encourage you all to actually, if you're not already using Substack, to answer that question for yourself first, because my assertion is that if you have been involved in some sort of endeavor, whether that's as a solopreneur, or as a creative, a freelancer, teacher, healer, consultant, whatever, you probably are already leveraging enough tools and tactics and platforms and really would probably benefit more from just optimizing things that you're already using and considering which ones are not delivering a return on investment that justifies the time, attention, money, and effort you're putting into it.
